January March January The North Miami Beach PAL YDC NFL Football and Cheer begin conditioning and preparing for the season. We have six (6) teams this Year and 75 girls participating in Cheer The North Miami Beach also launched its NMB PAL Basketball Program. We have two (2) teams, 14 U and 11U. NMB PAL is a part of the South Atlantic Basketball League.
