As St. Thomas is entering it's 26th year we will continue it's great tradition of "Developing Personal and Academic Excellence in the Catholic Tradition." This year we will be bringing back "Life Runners" with Pat Castle speaking to our high school students on September 16th. Freshmen and new family orientation will be Monday night the 22nd. PAGE 3 WELCOME TO ST. THOMAS MORE MIDDLE SCHOOL!! Dear Family and Students, It is a pleasure to welcome you to a new school year! My name is Mary Helen Olsen and I am your new principal! I have been part of the Middle School for a very long time as a Religion teacher, and in fact, have taught some of our current teachers and some of our parents! Suffice to say, I love this school! We start the year with more new faces as well. Ms. Hofer will teach 7 th Religion and Senior Theology Mr. Flores will teach 8 th Social Studies and 7 th /8 th Computer Mr. McDaniel will teach 7 th Grammar/Composition and 7 th Social Studies I have so much more to share with you so I hope you will please come to the Middle School Orientation on Monday, August 22. 6 th Grade Parents and 6 th Grade Students and NEW 7 th and 8 th grade parents should come from 4:30 Returning 7 th and 8 th Grade parents should come from 5:30 6:00 We will have lots of information tables for you to visit, so please make time to see what s new at our school! Students are welcome into the school at 8:00am on Tuesday, August 23 rd where we will gather in the gym for Prayer and Blessing to begin the start of an awesome and blessed year!
