- 7 - CONDITIONS 1 The Judges and Organisers ruling is final. 2 Any objections must be made to the Secretary in writing within thirty minutes of the cause and accompanied by a deposit of 20; returnable only if the objection is sustained. 3 Entry fees returned only on production of veterinary or doctor's certificate. 4 The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without stating a reason or disqualify an entrant who displays bad behaviour. 5 The Organisers reserve the right to alter or amend the details in this schedule according to the circumstances. 6 In this clause, the term Exhibitor shall include persons taking part in any competition or display arranged by the Organisers, and the owner of any animal, plant, machinery or other thing involved in any such competition or display or otherwise exhibited on the Showground. Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, their servants or agents, the Organisers will not be responsible for death, injury, disease, damage or loss caused to any exhibitor or to his or her servant or agent or to any animal, article, plant, machinery or thing of whatever nature brought onto the Showground by the said exhibitor from whatever cause death, injury, disease, damage or loss arises. (Save as aforesaid) the exhibitor shall indemnify the Organisers against all claims, damages and expenses whatsoever in any way arising out of the presence of the exhibitor, his servants, agents, exhibits, vehicles or equipment on the Showground and shall assume full responsibility therefor. 7 Protective headgear manufactured to BSI or European Standard must be worn at all times while riding on the Showground, with the chinstrap correctly and securely fastened. HEALTH AND SAFETY: This Show is run with due regard to Health and Safety. We request that all exhibitors and members of the public comply with any request, written or verbal, from show officials which pertains to these regulations in their own best interests. Any accident should be reported to a show official immediately. Regulations with regard to the riding or driving of horses and ponies, motorised vehicles and bicycles will be strictly enforced in the interests of all concerned.
