An individual s name cannot appear on the entry more than three (3) times. A competitor may compete in any two (2) individual events and one (1) relay for a total of three (3) events. A Winning Spirit Some may have known him and some may have heard about him however today at the Chrissy Games we are allowing you as runners to recognize his talent. You may not understand why his life meant so much but we just want you to see the lives he touched. He ran a race that to him seemed easy but to others it may have seemed a challenge to achieve what he did you must remain humble and be a team player. When he won a race you could tell it wasn't about him it was about the team and about his school, Bellport High School. To see him run was exciting and breathtaking. He crossed the finished line and just quietly walked off the track. He was fun loving and always wore a smile. To achieve what he did in his young life was awesome. He loved to run and interact with fellow track teams. He did not mind helping others set and achieve their goals. We would like you to leave here today with a desire to be a great runner but most of all to realize what you can do if you dedicate yourself. Not only did Chrissy have a winning spirit, his demeanor and his character were his focus points. He loved track and the 200m was his race.
