Visiting Team Information Stadium Access Parking I-25 from North or South Travel north or south on I-25 towards Loveland/Greeley exit #257 and proceed east towards Greeley on Highway 34. Continue on Highway 34 for approximately 20 miles to 11th Ave. Head north (left turn) on 11th Ave for two blocks then head west (left turn) on 25th Street. Go two blocks on 25th St. then head north (right turn) on Championship Blvd. (17th Ave). Travel two blocks on Championship Blvd. to Alles Acres then make a right turn past the Northern Colorado softball field. Stadium will be on your left-hand side. Team bus and van parking will be made available to the visiting team. Team hosts will escort visiting teams to the appropriate locations. Team rooms are located in the Butler-Hancock Athletic Center to the east of Nottingham Field. Visitor s team room will be the Women s physical education locker room. Northern Colorado wears navy jerseys with white numerals for all home games. Pants are gold and helmet is gold. Contact Eric Scott for media credentials (970) 351-1065. The Nottingham Press Box overlooks the west seating area. Press box can be accessed via the double glass doors inside of gate 5. Contact Eric Scott for radio telephone information and booth assignment. Fax transmission during and following a game is on a first come, first served basis. Ambulatory and paramedic services are available at each game. A team physician is in attendance at each game. Game day tickets are available at Nottingham Field beginning 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Contact the University Ticket Office at (970) 351-4849 for additional purchases. Visiting team allotments are available prior to game day. Contact the Northern Colorado Athletic Department at (970) 351-2534 to make arrangement. Page 9
Visiting Team Information Will Call The main Will Call window is located at the Butler-Hancock ticket office. Pre-purchased tickets are held at this location one hour prior to kickoff. Guests may also drop off tickets for other guests to pick up. Visiting Team Distribution List Scouting Halftime Student-athlete pass list guests must pick up their tickets at gate 1. Coaches pass list guests and visiting team guests can retrieve their held tickets from this location one hour prior to kickoff. Requests must be submitted in writing at least one week prior to a scheduled home game to the attention of Eric Scott, Assistant Director of Media Relations, 970-351-1065. Twenty minutes in duration. Clock will be started once teams have left the field due to the extended walk to the team rooms. Playing field will be cleared with four minutes remaining on the halftime clock for team warm-ups. Visiting team will take the field first. Sideline Communication Tailgating Band Contact Mick Schuch, Equipment Manager (970) 351-1742, for any special sideline needs. Tailgate locations cost $20 per space which holds up to 25 people. For any tailgating questions or reservations, call the Northern Colorado Athletics Marketing Office at (970) 351-2116. UNC s band director, Dr. Richard Mayne, can be reached at (970) 351-2526. If a visiting team band will be attending the game and would like to request performance time, they must contact Kyle Holman, Director of Marketing and Promotions (970) 351-2116, at least one week prior to the game. Credentials A credential is a form of identification that allows access into restricted areas of Nottingham Field. Northern Colorado Athletics issue various credentials to game day staff, members of the media, and other VIP s. All credential requests must be forwarded to Eric Scott, Assistant Director of Media Relations 970-351-1065, for completion and confirmation. Following is a summary of the types of passes and the policies. ALL ACCESS This is a season pass for all six home games. This pass allows the bearer access to any area of the stadium at any time. Distribution is to the administrative staff, event manager, university administration and others only at the direction of the Director of Athletics or the Event Manager with requests forwarded to Eric Scott. MEDIA This pass is issued as a season or individual game pass. The bearer is permitted access to the sideline (outside the team box areas at all times with no exceptions), and the Nottingham Field press box. All requests are handled by Eric Scott. PRESS BOX STAFF This pass is issued as a season or individual game pass. It allows access into the Nottingham Field press box only. SIDELINE This pass is issued solely for use by the home or visiting team in the team box area. The distribution includes coaches, trainers, managers, and other team personnel that must remain inside the team box area at all times. The bearer must stay in the restricted area and is not permitted to bring other individuals onto the field. TELEVISION CREW This pass grants access to all areas of the stadium except the High Plains Club. Page 11
