The non-reimbursable entry fee is: World Cup competitions 120 / team Challenge Cup competitions 120 / team MEDICAL SERVICES DOPING VISA The registrations after deadline will cost additional 50% per group (180 ) Organizing Committee will provide a first medical aid service, a doctor and emergency medical transportation in the competition area. IFAGG Code of Discipline It s a condition of participation in IFAGG s activities that gymnasts and their assistants and representatives will follow the national and international doping rules. All gymnasts and their assistants and representatives are obligated to know the doping rules. The information of the prohibited substances and methods can be found on the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), https://www.wada-ama.org/ Delegations should check in time if they need visa for the entry to France. Musics must be sent ONLINE before the 3rd of September 2018 http://www.rgform.eu/event.php?id_prop=711 (Mediterranean Countries Open AGG IV) INSURANCE The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the IFAGG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. IFAGG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Delegations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The Organizing Committee will verify the insurance upon arrival of the delegation members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). ACCREDITATION The delegations will be accredited upon their arrival. (The place will be communicated to you later in a future bulletin). At accreditation, Heads of Delegations must: Check the correct names of their whole delegation Make passport control for all gymnasts Present proof of medical insurance of all the members of thedelegation Make necessary payments Present a CD with national anthem Collect the accreditation cards of the teams in the delegation To create the accreditations, the delegations must send by e-mail one photo of each gymnast and delegation members Identified with the name, first name, date of birth of the gymnast and the name of the team before the July 31th 2018. Please tell us the number of VIP people who will be present, as well as their names, forenames and function. ACCOMMODATIONS INFORMATIONS Price for PERSON in the official hotel includes breakfast. Prices are available for all gymnasts, coaches, judges and official members of the delegation. For better organization all participants will have to stay in the official hotels and book them by the organization committee In case some delegation books the accommodation from other place (not official hotels) the extra administration fee per each person will be 10. The hotel area is very busy, for this reason the preliminary booking of the hotel will have to be made until 15 May 2018. Booking the accommodation after this date can increase the price of the hotels. Please respect the deadline. All the hotels are located close to each other, in the town of Roissy in France, next to the airport of Paris Charles de Gaulle MEALS Teams/delegation can order lunch around the competition hall with additional payment. Lunch is served on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with additional payment. In a future bulletin will include more information. TICKETS More Information in a future bulletin FINAL BANQUET Will be held on October 28th 2018 in the evening after Finals. Final banquet is open for all with an additional payment.
