The National Association is responsible for the creation of New BWF ID s for their members. 8.0 ENTRIES TIMELINE AND PROCEDURE Entries closing date : Tuesday, 5 th July 2016. Hours : 24.00 WIB (West Indonesia Time), GMT +07:00h All entries must be submitted through their national associations. For U-13 Events, kindly fill in the attached Entry Form and email to pbsi.dkijakarta2015@gmail.com. Entries submitted by Member Association must be in ranked order for all events. All entries should be accompanied by player s BWF number (if any). After the closing date, the BWF Online Entry System will send notification to all participating Member Associations confirming receipt of final entries. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of receipt of entries before the deadline. The Member Associations should contact BWF immediately if such notice is not received by the Tuesday (next day of the entries closing date) by noon BWF Headquarters time (+07:00h GMT) following close of entries. If no objection is received by BWF by Tuesday (second day after the entries closing day) 23:59 hours BWF Headquarters time (+07:00h GMT) following the close of entries, the entries shall be deemed to be correct. No complaints/objections shall be entertained after this point. Entries for local players U-13 shall be submitted by the club of each participant concerned to : si.pbsi.or.id by Online System (SI PBSI) Entries for local players U-13 must be in order of respective National Rankings. Entries for foreign players must be sent together with the scanning of the passport otherwise they won t be accepted Entries for foreign players U-13 shall be submitted by the association of each participant concerned to : pbsi.dkijakarta2015@gmail.com 9.0 SCORING SYSTEM All events will be played using the best of three games of 21 rally points. The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton, and BWF Competition Regulations. 10.0 KEY DATES Main & Qualifying will be based on BWF World Junior Ranking: Friday, 7 th July 2016 Seeding will be based on BWF World Junior Ranking: Friday, 14 th July 2016 Main & Qualifying and Seeding will be conducted by Badminton Asia / PBSI. Withdrawal: Withdrawals for U-17 & U-15 events must be informed by an e-mail to belleng@badmintonasia.org as soon as possible. Withdrawals U-13 event must be informed by an e-mail to pbsi.dkijakarta2015@gmail.com as soon as possible. Withdrawals prior to the tournament, must be accompanied by an appropriate certification. Withdrawals without penalty : Sunday, 17 th July 2016 Withdrawals with penalty after Sunday, 17 th July 2016 Withdrawals after the draw is made due to illness or injury must be supported by a medical certificate. Withdrawals after players arrive in venue city, notification of withdrawal must be made by the Team Manager to the Referee in writing. Draw will be conducted on Tuesday, 19 th July 2016 by Badminton Asia / PBSI. 11.0 REFEREES : Badminton Asia and PBSI (U-13) 12.0 TEAM MANAGER Each participating team should appoint one Team Manager The Team Managers shall attend any briefings and meetings called by the Referee It is compulsory that all team managers must attend the team managers meeting. Tanjung Duren Barat 4, Jakarta, Indonesia 15.0 CLOTHING AND ADVERTISING Colored Clothing and advertising on clothing will be permitted as per the following Advertising Regulation to the BWF will be applied:- 19. CLOTHING (General) 19.1 For the purpose of these Regulations, an article of clothing shall be defined as anything worn or carried by a player during play, except the racket, and including, but not limited to, pullovers, shirts, shorts, skirts, socks, shoes, headbands, towels, wristbands, bandages and medical supports. 19.2 In order to ensure attractive presentation of Badminton at tournaments organized or sanctioned by the Badminton Asia, all clothing worn by players shall be acceptable Badminton sports clothing. It is not acceptable to tape over nor to pin on advertising nor in any other way to modify such clothing to comply with advertising or other regulations. 19.3 Colour clothing of the pair must be the same from Quarter Finals onwards. 19.4 Opposing player/pair must wear different color from Quarter Finals onwards. 19.5 Regulations regarding advertising apply only to clothing worn during play. 19.6 The exact regulations regarding advertising must be clearly indicated on the tournament prospectus or entry form and advised to entrants in all associated communications. 19.7 In applying Regulations 19 to 23 the decision of the Referee at each tournament shall be final. 20. PLAYERS NAME 20.1 Name of player is MANDATORY from the first day of the event. 20.2 Name of a player on the back of the shirt must be in accordance with the following Regulations and shall meet all requirements of Regulation 22. If used, the player's name shall include the family name (or an abbreviation thereof) and, if desired, the initials of the given name(s) or nickname and shall correspond with the name on the entry. 20.1 OTHER CLOTHING 20.1.1 Each sock and each shoe may carry two advertisements of 20 square centimeters or less. 20.1.2 Each other article of clothing may carry one advertisement of 20 square centimeters or less. 16.0 EQUIPMENT VICTOR is the official Equipment supplier in the Championships. The organizer will not be responsible for any illness, injury sustained, at any time, by any player or official arising from his / her participation in these Championships. Any costs incurred for diagnosis, consultancy, medical treatment (including any form of surgical procedure) and / or hospitalization shall be borne by the Member Association of the player / official concerned.
