Amateur is an individual that has reached his/her 18th birthday as of January 1st of the current compe""on year. An Amateur exhibitor does not receive monies/reimbursement for any type of horse training in any breed or discipline. Trainer/Professional is any person who has the responsibility for the care, training, custody or performance of a horse. And, receives monies for services of training or riding of horses in any breed or discipline. Youth is an individual who is 7 years old to - not reach his/her 18th birthday as of January 1st of the current compe""on year. A Youth exhibitor may NOT show a stallion in hand, or under saddle. Any Youth exhibitor anywhere on the show grounds while riding a horse is required to wear a helmet that is Equestrian ATSM/SEI approved. Green Horse is in its first year of showing at FHC, and should be exhibited by a trainer/professional or experienced handler/rider. i.e., Ride Green Jan 1 2016 - December 31 2016. 1.
