Consumer Direct Warranty All Consumer Warranty claims are to be directed to Neo Sport as detailed below. Authorized Retailers are welcome to provide warranty service to their customer; however this service is not required by Neo Sport and we prefer that all consumer warrantee claims be channeled directly to our repair facility. Warranty & Repair Information Most Neo Sport Brand wetsuits are backed with the most comprehensive consumer warranty in the business. With over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing wetsuits, we have developed a reputation of quality and performance. Every Neo Sport wetsuit is originally designed and manufactured at our USA factory, providing us complete control over the selection of components, materials, patterns, and designs. All warranty considerations can be professionally completed at our USA factory. The customer experience and customer service are our number one priorities. We understand that there are many choices for you to consider and Neo Sport wants to make certain that every wetsuit that bears our logo provides the confidence and trust our customer has come to expect from Neo Sport Dive Wear.
