Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across - 36 sts. Rows 2-4: Ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across. Sew first rnd of Middle Ring to last rnd of Middle Ring, stuffing firmly before sewing closed. Fringe Cut 16 strands of C each about 3 in. (7.5 cm) long. For each fringe, hold 2 strands of yarn together and fold in half. Use crochet hook to draw fold through short edge of Scarf, forming a loop. Pull ends of fringe through this loop. Pull to tighten.
