Programm of Developing Aquaculture in Federal Waters (Federal Concessions) To give new federal concessions to aquaculture areas with a carrying capacity of 1,320,000 tons per year. To elaborate mechanisms to make the Management of Aquícolas parks and to build a national networking which will be responsible for environmental Monitoring.
