INT69 DIAGNOSE The widely known protective system INT69 and INT69 TM present on all Frascold compressors is now boosted by the version INT69 Diagnose and INT69 TM Diagnose, which incorporates innovative diagnostic functions. How it communicates The IN69 Diagnose system allows, via a simple USB connection, to download all the operating parameters of the compressor for the last 7 days and for the last 20 critical events. With an additional device it can also communicate with Modbus system technology in order to have remote monitoring Main benefits This system, in addition to analyzing the operating conditions of any given moment, allows to run a retro-active survey. Therefore, in the case of abnormal conditions, it directly aims for the heart of the problem that needs to be solved, instead of proceeding by trial and error. Additional functions The INT69 Diagnose system also integrates protective and innovative functions, such as: function to recognize adjustments attempts (for example, an exclusion attempt) short-cycling function (recognizes an excessive number of start-ups and stops the compressor) stop function in case of a locked rotor (for example, liquid compression) function to monitor the lubrication (in combination with the INT250 (by Kriwan) oil pressure switch, visualized via LED, for the TM version only) Easy fit: The system INT69 Diagnose, directly installed on board of the compressor, allows its universal application, even on pre-installed plants, with easy connections to the electrical panel. Dual voltage 115/230 V, 50/60 Hz Easy use The management software and the practical use and maintenance manual allow an easy and straightforward use. Frascold organizes training courses when necessary. To connect to the PC, a USB cable is needed, available on request.

the software Control Overview In the opening screen Overview, all the devices connected to the PC can be viewed and the user chooses which one he wishes to analyze. There are 3 menus at the bottom: Compressor data contains the information about the compressor. Maintenance contains the notes regarding maintenance, and in the Archive menu, the user can view all the data saved previously. Operating time This screen displays the hours of operation of the compressor and a graph in which the user can view the percentage of time during which the compressor has been operative and during which it has been off. Compressor running time This screen-shot displays an analytical graph: the light-blue columns indicate the running time after a start-up, allowing to understand if the compressor has remained on only for a few minutes or for a more prolonged time. Switching cycles of the system In this screen-shot instead, one can view the number of starts per day over the last 7 days, thanks to the yellow columns, and the number of maximum startups in an hour, thanks to the red columns.
