All schools and locations will operate on a four-day work week beginning Monday, June 4 and ending Friday, July 13, 2018. The hours of operation for all schools and locations will be 7:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Following this time schedule will allow for a 30-minute lunch. Please make plans to adjust your schedules accordingly. Offices should be open and phones answered Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Hourly (bi-weekly) 260/258 day employees will begin the four-day work week schedule on Thursday, June 7, 2018 and end on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Monthly 240/238 day employees will begin the four-day work week schedule on Monday, June 4, 2018 and end on Thursday, July 12, 2018. At this time the attached calendar indicates the closure of all CCSD schools and locations the week of July 4, 2018. Although pending budget matters leave the logistics of this closure to be determined, this tentative information is provided for planning purposes. Attached to this memo you will find: A poster regarding summer work hours. Please display this poster on the external doors of your building. A calendar for your convenience and planning purposes. A detailed list of each category of employee and their summer schedule. Specific questions regarding the local implementation of the summer schedule should be addressed to the local supervisor.

COBB COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT Dress Code for Central Office Employees Summer 2018 Beginning Monday, June 4 and ending Friday, July 13, Central Office employees may adopt a more relaxed, business casual style of dress during the workweek. This informal dress code is appropriate when you are working in the office or the schools during a normal day. However, if you are representing the District at an outside meeting or hosting parents or community representatives in your work place, please dress appropriately for your audience and the type of meeting. If you are in doubt about what dress is suitable, please check with your supervisor.
