Historically, your business may have been contacted multiple times throughout the year by St. Nicholas committees asking for your support. We are working hard to streamline the number of requests you receive to ONE! Enclosed in this packet you will find a description of each of our major fundraisers for our parish and school. I encourage you to review each fundraiser and prayerfully consider how you and/or your business could sponsor a portion of each event. Please complete the enclosed form with your level of support for ALL of our events. If you would prefer to be contacted separately for each event, please make note on the form. Additionally, if you have historically donated an item in addition to a monetary donation, please mark that on the form as well. As the event planners get closer to each event, you will be contacted to handle the item donation(s) at that time. Coming up with the next few months, St. Nicholas is kicking off SUMMER with two major events: St. Nicholas Golf Outing at Fox Valley Golf Club on Sunday, June 10 and St. Nicholas Country Fest where PHIL VASSAR will be our headliner on Friday, June 29. While these are on our current list of projects in-progress, we want to also make you aware of the next two fundraisers that we plan for Fall and Winter: Harvest Bazaar and Winterfest Auction. Country Fest 2018 For over 40 years, the St. Nicholas Catholic Church and School has celebrated COUNTRY FEST with our local community. This year, award winning PHIL VASSAR is headlining Country Fest weekend in the Town of Freedom on Friday, June 29.
