The Jackson team will build your boot from scratch based on specifications supplied by your Skate Tech. SOLE OPTIONS Select the sole and color you wish for your 2000 and 5000 series or custom boots. LCF Sole Lightweight with superior shock absorption, reduced torque and moisture resistant. LCF Soles come STANDARD on all Jackson 5000 Series boots. Minor height adjustments can be made to heels. LCL Sole LCL Leather Cork composite sole deliver improved stability and superior shock absorption. Sole height can be adjusted and will accomodate extra wide builds. Fusion Sole The Fusion Sole is a solid lightweight sole made from nylon composite material which is torque resistant and waterproof. A rubber inlay provides non-slip blade mount and superior shock absorption. 12% lighter than LCL soles.
WIDTH OPTIONS Jackson boots are offered in two stock widths: regular and wide. Jackson s Heat Moldable Fit System and Wrap Design were developed to ensure maximum Fit Flexibility in our Stock Boot Program. Jackson Boots, when heated by your skate technician, will become very soft and allow the boot to be shaped to your foot. When the boot cools, it retains the shape and rigidity for the perfect fit. CUFF WRAP Angled hooks are set back with softer facing materials to wrap the ankle for superior stability while eliminating lace bite. INSTEP WRAP Softer facing with the eyelet set back allows the boot to wrap the foot providing stability and control. PERFORMANCE FLEX NOTCH The anatomical design of Performance Flex Notch matches the ankle s natural flex points in enhanced flexibility with superior comfort. In most cases, our Stock Boot Program will meet the skater s requirements. However, Jackson Factory has a wide range of boot lasts that can be utilized on custom boots. BUILD-OUTS Your authorized Skate Technician can use Jackson s Heat Moldable System and punch particular problem areas for the skater s foot. These technologies will meet over 90% of skater s needs. BUILD-OUTS OUTER BOOT INNER BOOT Lasts can be built out to accomodate: Outside/ Inside Ankle: if skaters have larger, swollen, or irritated ankle bones Heel Spur: if a skate technician thinks heat molding and punching will not be sufficient 5th Metatarsal: if the technician confirms heat molding and punching will not be enough Little toe area: corns or irritation on top of little toes Bunions: for bunions to specification ( first metatarsal) Navicular bone: for navicular area sometimes referred to second inside ankle.
