AFFILIATION & QUALIFICATIONS This show is affiliated to the British Show Pony Society (BSPS) and all persons entering, competing, showing or otherwise taking part in BSPS classes, whether or not members of the BSPS are subject to the Constitution and Rules of the BSPS, including the disciplinary procedures, and shall be deemed to have consented to the jurisdiction of the BSPS. This show is a qualifier for the RIHS 2016. The highest placed pony (not already qualified) from the first three ponies will qualify in the following classes: Open Lead Rein & First Ridden, Lead Rein of Hunter Type, 122cms, 133cms, 143cms, 153cms, Show Hunter Pony; Nursery Stakes; 133cms, 143cms, 153cms, Working Hunter Pony; Intermediate Show Riding, Show Hunter, and Working Hunter and Open Heritage Lead Rein, First Ridden, Ridden, Pretty Polly Heritage Lead Rein & First Ridden; Pretty Polly Mixed Height Show Pony; Pretty Polly not exceeding 133cms Mixed Height Show Hunter Pony; Pretty Polly exceeding 133cms but not exceeding 153cms Mixed Height Show Hunter Pony; Heritage Lead Rein & First Ridden; Heritage Ridden Classes Heritage Pretty Polly Mixed Height Ridden ; Anglo & Part Bred Arab not exceeding 148cms and exceeding 148cms classes. This show is a qualifier for the 2016 BSPS Championships Show, to be held at Arena UK The 1st and 2nd prize winners only in the following classes=3 6-9 15-19 27-30,57 &,58. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Prize winners only in the following classes =4 5 12 13, 31,33-39,51,52. The 1st, 2nd 3rd. and 4th prize winners only in the following classes=1 2,14,32,53-56 will qualify for the BSPS championships show provided the animal is registered in accordance with Rules 23 and 28 and ridden by a BSPS member. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Classic Security (UK) LTD Challenge The highest placed pony in the Lead Rein, First Ridden, Open Show Pony, Lead Rein of Hunter Type, Open Show Hunter Pony, Cradle and Nursery Stakes, Open Working Hunter Pony, and the Open Intermediate SRT, SH, and WH, and the Heritage Open Lead Rein, First Ridden, Ridden and WHP classes that has not qualified for the 2016 Horse of the Year Show in the appropriate class will qualify. If the highest placed pony has already qualified for the BSPS Classic Security (UK LTD.) Challenge, the qualification will be awarded to the next eligible pony. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Premier League The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th placed ponies in the following classes 2 4, 15-17, 51-53, 55-38 will qualify. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS Champion of Champions The Champion Mini Show Pony, Champion Mini WHP, Champion Open Show Pony, Champion Open WHP, the Champion Open SHP, the Champion Intermediate will qualify.. This show is a qualifier for the BSPS``BLACK COUNTRY SADDLES Best Rider of the Year The Best Rider in the Open Lead Rein; Open First Ridden; Open Lead Rein Hunter Type; 128cm, 138cm, and 148cm Open Show Pony; 122cm, 133cm, 143cm, and 153cm Open SHP; Cradle and Nursery Stakes; 133cm, 143cm, and 153cm Open WHP; Intermediate Show Riding Type, Show Hunter, Working Hunter and Open Heritage Lead Rein, First Ridden, and to the best rider 25yrs and under in the Heritage Ridden and WHP classes will receive a card and qualify for the final at the BSPS Summer Championships Show. Owners and riders must be BSPS members to compete in classes with RIHS and Blue Riband Qualification and animals must be registered with the BSPS except for the Anglo & Part Bred Arabs who must be registered with the AHS This show is a qualifier Blue Riband The 1 st and 2 nd in the following classes will qualify. Open Lead Rein & First Ridden, 122cms, 133cms, 143cms, 153cms, Show Hunter Pony; 133cms, 143cms, 153cms, Working Hunter Pony; 128cms, 138cms, 148cms Show Pony. The 1 st and, 2 nd in the following classes will qualify Intermediate Show Riding type (classes 12 & 13) Show Hunter (Class 31) and Working Hunter THE Industrial salt Supplies Heritage WOW Factor. 1 st prize-winners in the Heritage Classes will qualify for the BSPS WINNER of WINNERS at the BSPS Summer Championship Show. BSHA Classes RIHS qualifying classes Held under the rules of the British Show Horse Association. Horses must be registered with the association and all owners, exhibitors & riders must be Association Members. Riders must be 15years of age or older Registration numbers must be quoted on entry form. Classes 41-43,45 & 46 48&49 are qualifiers for the RIHS. The first prize winner will qualify to compete at the final. If already qualified the second will qualify, if the first and second are already qualified then the third will go forward. Horses competing at the RIHS and qualifying shows in Hunter sections of The Sport Horse Breeding of Great Britain at their Affiliated Shows cannot compete in Hack, Cobs and Riding Horse classes at the same show on the same day and vice versa. This does not apply to SHB (GB) Ridden Sport Horse classes. The three highest placed prize winners in all Open affiliated classes will qualify to compete in the BSHA Classic Supreme Classes at the National Championships Show in September 2016. The Association will also award a new Amateur Home Produced rosette in all Affiliated Open classes (with the exception of Open Working Show Horse, Ladies Show Horse and HOYS Hunter classes); the Cob rosettes have been kindly sponsored by TSG and the Hack, Maxi Cob & Riding Horse rosettes have been kindly sponsored by Mr & Mrs E McCourt. The awards will go down the line; there is no limit on how many of these rosettes can be claimed in a year. Day tickets. Non Members may purchase up to a maximum of 2 Day Tickets per exhibitor, per horse per season. A Day Ticket will allow entry into Novice, Amateur, Young Rider, Home Produced, Working, In hand and Open affiliated classes only but will NOT allow entry into R.I or HOYS QUALIFING CLASSES. Horses registered on a Day Ticket do not require a JMB height certificate. Competitors can apply for a Day Ticket by downloading an application form from the BSHA website HEALTH & SAFETY The Safety & Security of persons and animals attending this show is of paramount importance to the organisers of this show. Competitors and all those attending the show are reminded of their obligations under Health & Safety legislation to adhere to the safety instructions of stewards and officials at all times and to adhere to written instruction and signs relating to safety, for example; horse walks, and pedestrian areas, for their own safety and the safety of others who may be affected by their acts or omissions to act. All accidents must be reported to the Health & Safety officer, Mrs Marilyn Ludlow, who can be contacted through the Show Secretary's office and the Accident Record must be completed. Neither the Area 5 Committee, nor any of its Officers, Servants, or Assistants shall be responsible or accountable for any loss, injury or damage to any person, animal, or property, or vehicle in connection with this Show

DAVID CRONK CUP The David Cronk Cup will be awarded to the best turned out area 5 member in the Show Hunter Pony Section The cup will be awarded at the presentation evening AREA 5 Members to wear Armbands in SHOW HUNTER PONY CLASSES DAVID CRONK MEMORIAL CHAMPIONSHIP The Highest placed AREA 5 member in each class will receive the David Cronk Memorial Rosette. These competitors will then compete for the David Cronk Memorial Championship. The champion will be awarded a Rosette and Trophy AREA 5 Members to wear Armbands in classes
