Wembley Stadium Catering On arrival at the Bobby Moore Room you will be escorted to your table no. 148. The meal will be served once all guests arrive. Champagne will be served on your arrival and complimentary wine, beer and soft drinks are provided throughout the day/evening. Half time drinks can be ordered before the match begins, and collected from the bar area at half time. Dress code There is no strict dress code within the Bobby Moore Club, with the exception of replica club shirts. Replica club shirts are not permitted in any Bobby Moore Club area at any event which is a Club match. The Bobby Moore Club is unsegregated and Wembley Stadium receive special dispensation from the authorities for this because members have agreed to adopt behaviour appropriate for an unsegregated area. This prohibition will be strictly enforced and, should replica club shirts be worn, you may be refused entry or be removed from the Stadium For the avoidance of doubt, the restriction on the wearing of replica shirts does not apply to England matches. Access and seat location On arrival, please enter through the North side entrance to Club Wembley. This can be accessed via the lower level from Wembley Park station without proceeding up the ramps. Towers Watson's allocated seats are in Block 101, Row 25, seats 55-57 and Row 26, Seats 55-57. The seats are in groups of 3 and on 2 rows, but directly behind each other. They are south facing and open to the elements; you are advised to take protection against both inclement weather conditions and the sun.
Transport and parking Please be aware that with the potential of c.90,000 people expected at the match, public transport will be very crowded. Train Wembley Stadium is served by three stations: Wembley Park Follow the pedestrian route under Empire Way and up Olympic Way to the front of the Stadium. Allow for a ten minute walk from the station to the Stadium. Wembley Central Station Turn right and walk in an easterly direction along the High Road, past McDonalds, to the Wembley Triangle junction. Turn left into Wembley Hill Road, cross the road and follow the pedestrian route across White Horse bridge. Allow for a 15 minute walk from the station to the Stadium. Wembley Stadium Station This is on the south side of the Stadium. If arriving from London Marylebone station, take the White Horse bridge. If arriving from the north, take the ramp from the platform. Allow for a five minute walk from the station to the Stadium. Complimentary train service A complimentary train service is available for certain events. The complimentary train service will bring you directly into Wembley Stadium station, only a short walk from the Stadium. Complimentary train tickets are valid for services to and from London Marylebone*, Beaconsfield, Bicester North, Warwick Parkway and Birmingham Moore Street station. Please contact Hazel Mead to book your tickets. Please be aware that tickets are limited and subject to availability and should be reserved at least 10 days before the event to allow time for delivery. * Complimentary train tickets are available for scheduled services between London Marylebone and Wembley Stadium stations. Parking A limited number of car park places are available close to the Stadium for core events and are available by contacting Hazel Mead.
Code of Conduct Wembley s main aim is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience at Wembley Stadium and, therefore, request all members and their guests and anyone else sitting in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas to behave in an appropriate manner and treat other members, their guests and staff with respect. Behaviour Offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour, acts of aggression or violence, intentional damage and general nuisance will not be tolerated and may result in you or your guests being removed from the Stadium and possible termination of our Licence Agreement in addition to any possible criminal prosecution. Members are at all times responsible for the actions and behaviour of their guests. Safety Please follow the directions of staff and safety stewards at all times. If you discover an accident, fire or suspect package, please contact a member of staff or a safety steward immediately. If you have any queries or concerns, including concerns regarding the behaviour of other members or their guests or anyone else sitting in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas, please contact a member of staff or a safety steward as soon as possible. Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is responsible for supervising the child. Club Colours Fans are not segregated in Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas. Accordingly, we advise you not to wear club shirts/colours to football matches. If you do wear club colours, Wembley may, at their sole discretion, refuse you or your guests entry to the Stadium or remove you or your guests from the Stadium. Please note that flags are not permitted within Club Wembley or Bobby Moore areas. Programmes and valuables Please make sure that your valuables are with you at all times and please take your programme when you watch the game. Re-entry We operate a no re-admittance policy for security and safety reasons. No smoking Wembley Stadium is a no smoking Stadium - this applies to the entire Stadium including the concourse areas and the seating bowl.
Watching events Please remain seated when watching events as standing may restrict the views of other members and their guests and/or cause safety and security risks. Persistent standing may result in ejection from the Stadium. Mobile phones Please be considerate to others when using mobile phones. Drinking alcohol We ask you and your guests to drink responsibly and respect others. For football matches, drinking alcohol in view of the pitch is strictly forbidden during the period commencing 15 minutes before the start of the match and finishing 15 minutes after the end of the match. In Corporate Boxes blinds will be closed during this time so that alcohol can be served and consumed inside the box if desired. Bobby Moore Club Bobby Moore Club members are requested to respect all players and officials during trophy presentations and while players and officials are walking to and from the Royal Box. You should refrain from any physical contact or inappropriate verbal exchange with any of the players or officials.
