Congratulations to all the prize winners who performed well despite the extreme heat, which produced a large number of DNFs. I apologise for the temporary traffic lights on Twemlow Lane, and thank you all for using common sense at them. Also, thank you for taking the Care at road junctions rule warning seriously, nobody was reported for crossing the white centre lines. However, I have received an e-mail from the Police Community Support Officer for Knutsford regarding a complaint from a member of the public. This was to do with riders swerving in and out of traffic in an unsafe manner on the approach to Chelford Island. So please be aware that your riding behaviour will be under scrutiny in the future.
