CEV GENERAL REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE CEV BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION 29 TH APRIL 2017 EDITION: 2017 RELEASED ON: 16/05/2017

CHAPTER 1: GENERAL ASSEMBLY Article 1.1 STATUTORY AUTHORITY OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY The General Assembly, by virtue of the powers conferred by Article 5.1 of the CEV Statutes, is the supreme authority of the European Volleyball Confederation. The rules of procedure and the powers of the General Assembly of the CEV are laid down in Articles 5.1 to 5.18 of those Statutes. Article 1.2 ORGANISATION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY 1.2.1 Under Article 5.8 of the CEV Statutes, a National Federation which applies to organize a Men s European Championships final round automatically accepts to organize the General Assembly. 1.2.2 In years in which the General Assembly is not organized as laid down under Article 1.2.1, the CEV itself shall organize the General Assembly, either in Luxembourg or in any other place it chooses for this purpose at the proposal of the Board of Administration. 1.2.3 In the case of Article 5.14 of the Statutes, the Executive Committee decides in agreement with a National Federation within three weeks from the decision or the request on the place and date of the extraordinary General Assembly and foresees the agenda. If no agreement with any National Federation can be achieved the extraordinary General Assembly will take place in Luxembourg. 1.2.4 The organizing National Federation or, the CEV, when it is the organizer, shall do its utmost to facilitate the granting of visas required for national delegates to enter the territory of the country in which the General Assembly is being held. Article 1.3 TIME AND DURATION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY 1.3.1 The General Assembly, in case of Article 1.2.1, shall take place on the rest day before the Men s European Championships Final and may, if necessary, be continued the following morning. 1.3.2 The General Assembly, convened in accordance with Article 1.2.2, shall be held in the second half of the year on the dates laid down by the Board of Administration. 1.3.3 The General Assembly in case of Article 1.2.3 shall be held at least four months after the decision or the request according to Article 5.14 of the Statutes. Article 1.4 DELEGATES ACCOMMODATION 1.4.1 All delegates attending the CEV General Assembly shall be accommodated at the same hotel. 1.4.2 The accommodation - including breakfast - shall be reasonably priced. 1.4.3 The National Federations shall be given all the information they need on the terms of and arrangements for the accommodation three months before the opening of the General Assembly. 1.4.4 The CEV shall request, in good time, a number of rooms which the organizing National Federation shall make available, free of charge. Article 1.5 MEETING ROOMS 1.5.1 A conference room for approximately 130 people, either at the hotel itself, or in some other suitable location, shall be made available by the organizer to the CEV for the purposes of the General Assembly. 1.5.2 The relevant number of rooms/premises shall be made available, free of charge, to the CEV for the Board of Administration and Executive Committee meetings and for its secretarial services. Article 1.6 PROTOCOL 1.6.1 Precedence at the General Assembly and other official CEV events shall depend on position in the hierarchy and, in cases of equal rank, on time served in that rank. 1.6.2 The official agenda shall be approved by the Board of Administration beforehand except in cases foreseen in Article 1.2.3. 1.6.3 The organizing Federation, or, where appropriate, the CEV, shall recruit a photographer to take pictures of the delegates at the General Assembly before they leave for their common lunch. Article 1.7 1.7.1 General Assembly meeting room TECHNICAL DETAILS 1.7.1.1 The CEV & FIVB flag shall be fixed behind the platform/table on/at which the CEV Board of Administration is to sit. 1.7.1.2 Simultaneous translation into and out of the official languages and the language(s) of the host country shall be made available. 1.7.1.3 In the interests of a high standard of simultaneous translation, the CEV Office shall provide the translators in advance with all written material relating to items on the agenda of the General Assembly. 1.7.1.4 The audio tapes (standard cassettes) containing all discussions shall be handed to the CEV Office at the end of the General Assembly. 1.7.1.5 There shall be an adequate number of microphones for the Executive Committee, the Board of Administration and the Delegates. 1.7.1.6 All documents shall be distributed to the delegates by English speaking hostesses. 1.7.2 DELEGATES ATTENDING THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY 1.7.2.1 In accordance with Article 5.2 to 5.4 of the CEV Statutes, delegates shall be duly accredited by their National Federation. 1.7.2.2 The organizer of the General Assembly shall provide accreditation cards or badges for all delegates. 1.7.2.3 A room for the checking of credentials and a table for keeping of the list of attendance shall be set up close to the General Assembly room. 1.7.2.4 Every delegate shall receive a document case (or cardboard folder) containing a notepad, a ballpoint pen (or pencil), headed note-paper and any further documentation produced by the organiser. In accordance with Article 5.13 of the CEV Statutes, the CEV Office shall disseminate the documentation relating to the General Assembly three months before the date on which that Assembly begins. 1.7.2.5 The delegates shall be placed in the General Assembly room in alphabetical order of the countries which they represent and their places shall be marked on the table(s). 1.7.2.6 In cases of Art 1.2.1 and 1.2.3, the organizing Federation, in conjunction with the CEV Office, shall appoint someone to take charge of the preparation and running of the General Assembly. 1.7.3 MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS 1.7.3.1 Coffee and refreshments shall be served during the coffee-breaks (morning and afternoon). 1.7.3.2 A common lunch shall be provided in the immediate vicinity of the General Assembly room. 1.7.3.3 The first day of the General Assembly shall end with an official banquet offered by the organizer. 1.7.3.4 In case CEV is the organizer, the Board of Administration shall lay down how much the delegates themselves must contribute to the cost of the meals and other refreshments referred to in this Article. Article 1.8 GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.8.1 Specifications for all aspects of the administration shall be drawn up by, as appropriate, the CEV or the organising Federation, in the light of the Statutes and General Regulations of the CEV. When the General Assembly is organized by CEV, the CEV alone shall be responsible for drafting these specifications. 1.8.2 Any other matter not covered by the present provisions shall be the subject of negotiation between the CEV Office and the organizing Federation, other than in cases where the General Assembly is organized by CEV. Article 1.9 EUROPEAN MEDIATION CHAMBER 1.9.1 The European Mediation Chamber has the duty to resolve any disputes or conflicts between affiliated national federations and/or their members arising from the CEV competitions and items related to the International Transfers. 1.9.2 The members of the European Mediation Chamber shall be elected by the General Assembly upon proposal of the Board of Administration. 1.9.3 The General Assembly shall approve the Regulations of the European Mediation Chamber. CHAPTER 2: BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION Article 2.1 2.1.1 The Board of Administration is competent to amend and adopt all Regulations derived from the Statutes. 2.1.2 The decisions of the Board of Administration, derived from the competence vested in it by the Statutes, are binding on all CEV members and on all persons mentioned in article 1.3 of the said Statutes. 2.1.3 Decisions of the Board of Administration are taken by simple majority vote, except for proposals of amendments to the Statutes, which require a three-quarters (3/4) majority vote. 2.1.4 Notice of meeting, agenda, technical and administrative documents to be discussed by the Board of Administration are prepared by the Secretariat and sent to members in due time. 2.1.5 The Members of the Board of Administration of CEV are obliged to follow strictly the IOC Code of Ethics. 2.1.6 Conflicts of interests As a general principle, the Members of the Board of Administration of CEV should be independent in their decisions. No-one with a personal or business interest in the issue under discussion should be involved in the decision. CEV 2017 (2017) CEV General Regulations Page 6 of 20

CHAPTER 3: COMMISSIONS AND WORKING GROUPS Article 3.1 COMMISSIONS AND WORKING GROUPS 3.1.1 The Commissions under the direct authority of the Board of Administration shall be : - the European Sports Organizing Commission, - the European Refereeing Commission, - the European Legal Commission, - the European Cups Commission, - the European Beach Volleyball Commission, - the European Financial Commission, - the European Medical Commission. The previous list is a non-exhaustive list. The Board of Administration shall be entitled to setup new Commissions that it believes necessary to fulfill the objectives and tasks of the CEV. 3.1.2 The Board of Administration shall be entitled to set up Working Groups according to article 11 of the Statutes for a specific period and to lay down their particular duties and purposes. It shall appoint the President and the members of those Working Groups. 3.1.3 Working Groups are chaired by members of the Board of Administration. Article 3.2 DUTIES OF THE COMMISSIONS AND WORKING GROUPS 3.2.1 The Commissions and Working Groups shall perform the duties entrusted to them by the General Assembly and/or the Board of Administration, as outlined in this Chapter. 3.2.2 Commission members have to dispose at least 15 days per year to fulfil the duties attached to their functions within the CEV. The duties include also participation in CEV competitions. 3.2.3 Working Groups members have to dispose at least 7 days per year to fulfil the duties attached to their functions within the CEV. Article 3.3 AGENDAS AND MINUTES Commissions agendas shall reach the CEV Office no later than 14 days before the meeting. The minutes shall be sent to the CEV Office within 3 weeks of the Commissions meeting. Where the Board of Administration meets before the minutes have been distributed, the President of the Commission concerned shall make an oral report at the Board meeting. Article 3.4 FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CONFEDERATION All financial commitments made in the name of the European Volleyball Confederation shall have the prior agreement of, as appropriate, the General Assembly, the Board of Administration or the Executive Committee. Article 3.5 ATTENDANCE AT BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION MEETINGS BY COMMISION AND WORKING GROUP PRESIDENTS The Commission and Working Group Presidents will attend the Board of Administration meetings in an advisory capacity for their related Commissions or Working Groups. Article 3.6 REPORTS BY THE COMMISSION AND WORKING GROUP PRESIDENTS Commission Presidents shall present the reports of activity of their respective Commission to the General Assembly and the Board of Administration. Working Group Presidents shall do the same on request of the Board of Administration. Article 3.7 DUTIES OF THE COMMISSIONS 3.7.1 THE EUROPEAN SPORTS ORGANISING COMMISSION (ESOC): 3.7.1.1 Proposes organizational directives governing the running of championships and tournaments within the jurisdiction of the CEV, except Beach Volleyball, in accordance with the regulations for these competitions. 3.7.1.2 Directs and supervises the technical groundwork for these competitions. 3.7.1.3 Prepares and coordinates the timetable of European tournaments, with the CEV Competition s department and the National Federations. 3.7.1.4 Proposes Supervisors, Jury members and members from their list approved by the Board of Administration. 3.7.1.5 Ensures the proper running of the National Team competitions according to the regulations and in cooperation with the CEV Office. 3.7.2 THE EUROPEAN REFEREEING COMMISSION (ERC): 3.7.2.1 Keeps files on European international referees and international candidate-referees. 3.7.2.2 Sets up and supervises refereeing activities in competitions under the direct authority of the European Volleyball Confederation. 3.7.2.3 Implements FIVB guidelines and instructions for referees appointed for the competitions, with a view to ensure uniform refereeing. 3.7.2.4 Submits proposals and recommendations on refereeing to the Board of Administration for assessment. 3.7.2.5 Implements any measures likely to promote better refereeing at European level. 3.7.2.6 Sets up seminars for international referees and candidate-referees with a view to promote uniform refereeing in Europe. 3.7.3 THE EUROPEAN LEGAL COMMISSION (ELC): 3.7.3.1 Assists the various organs of the European Volleyball Confederation in all legal matters in order to ensure proper respect of the Statutes, General Regulations, decisions and all other directives from the FIVB and the CEV. 3.7.3.2 Elaborates and studies proposals and comments on statutory matters. Formulates legal opinions on such matters for the Board of Administration. 3.7.3.3 Formulates reasoned opinions on any sanctions or other decisions which the Board of Administration or the Executive Committee take in application of the Statutes and regulations. 3.7.4 EUROPEAN CUPS COMMISSION (ECC): 3.7.4.1 Ensures the proper running of the European Cups competitions according to the regulations and in cooperation with the CEV Office. 3.7.4.2 Proposes organizational directives governing the smooth running of the European Cups competitions in accordance with the regulations for these competitions. 3.7.4.3 Directs and supervises the technical groundwork for the European Cups competitions. 3.7.4.4 Prepares and coordinates the timetable of the European Cups competitions in close cooperation with ESOC. 3.7.4.5 Proposes Supervisors, Jury members and members from their list approved by the Board of Administration. 3.7.5 EUROPEAN BEACH VOLLEYBALL COMMISSION (EBVC): 3.7.5.1 Promotes Beach Volleyball in Europe with the affiliated National Federations. 3.7.5.2 Develops, recommends and produces promotional, technical and educational material to promote Beach Volleyball. 3.7.5.3 Implements and co-ordinates the Beach Volleyball competitions, both in the CEV and in close collaboration with the FIVB, in accordance with the regulations relating to these tournaments. 3.7.5.4 Sets up courses and symposia for all groups interested in Beach Volleyball. 3.7.5.5 Proposes Supervisors, Jury members and members from their list approved by the Board of Administration. 3.7.6 THE EUROPEAN FINANCIAL COMMISSION (EFC): 3.7.6.1 Advises the CEV managing bodies on new investment and sources of income, as well as on proposals for the reduction of expenditure. 3.7.6.2 Studies the annual statement of accounts and the reports on them presented by the Treasurer. 3.7.6.3 Studies the CEV budgets prepared by the Treasurer. 3.7.7 THE EUROPEAN MEDICAL COMMISSION (EMC): 3.7.7.1 Proposes regulations and directives governing the certifying of the CEV-accredited medical doctors, anti-doping and all proceedings concerning all medical matters. 3.7.7.2 Decides and supervises the strict following of all the regulations and directives in the above-mentioned fields. 3.7.7.3 Establishes and controls the accreditations of the medical doctors for all CEV Competitions. 3.7.7.4 Advises the CEV bodies in all medical aspects. CHAPTER 4: COMPETITIONS Article 4.1 AUTHORISATION 4.1.1 Official CEV competitions and international tournaments or matches involving national teams or club teams shall be subject to the regulations and authorisation of the CEV Board of Administration. The official competitions of the CEV shall be run for both sexes and be extended to all Volleyball and Beach Volleyball European competitions, respectively for each age category and/or competition format. 4.1.2 Upon decision of the FIVB, CEV organizes European Qualifications for World and FIVB Competitions. 4.1.3 International tournaments and matches in Europe involving exclusively national, regional or club teams of a CEV member National Federation organized by Zonal Associations, National Federations, clubs or third parties shall be regulated by the CEV and authorised by the organizer s National Federation. Every team taking part shall have the authorisation of its National Federation. Tournaments and matches shall be considered to be international when they involve different national, regional or club teams from more than one National Federation. These activities must be authorized by CEV. 4.1.4 National tournaments and matches shall be authorised by the National Federation concerned. Article 4.2 CEV COMPETITIONS REGULATIONS Any competitions organized by CEV shall be regulated in accordance with the FIVB Regulations, CEV General Regulations, the CEV Code of Discipline and the specific official regulations approved by the CEV Board of Administration. Article 4.3 REGULATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENTS AND MATCHES 4.3.1 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANISER 4.3.1.1 The organizer of an international tournament or match in which national, regional or club teams participate shall inform his/her National Federation of the arrangements for the tournament or match and obtain its authorisation before inviting any participants. The organizer of such competitions shall also inform the National Federation of the invited team of the arrangements for the tournament or match when the invitation is issued. If the competition involves teams from outside FIVB s juridisction, the approval of the FIVB shall be sought in accordance with Article 4.1.3. 4.3.1.2 Organizers of any international competitions or matches - other than CEV Official Competitions and European Qualifications for World and FIVB Competitions for which there are separate regulations - shall inform the invited team of the following, in writing and well before the registration date: a. Dates of the CEV approval b. Date(s) of the competition; c. Place of the competition; d. Age and gender categories; e. Type of competition; f. General programme; g. Teams invited; h. Financial conditions; i. Latest date for registration or acceptance of the invitation; j. Number of people in the delegation; k. Standards of accommodation, where appropriate; l. Official ball, where appropriate; m. Visa conditions, where appropriate. The invited team is entitled to ask for more details of any of these points before accepting the invitation. 4.3.1.3 As soon as the participating team arrives, the organizers shall provide it with information on: a. A detailed training and match schedule; b. Tournament competition system; c. Ceremonies and procedures of the game; d. Accommodation and transport; e. Prizes, where appropriate; f. The appointment and powers of a jury, where there are more than two teams; g. The appointment and powers of a Refereeing Commission, where there are more than five teams. The invited team is entitled to ask for more details of any of these points before the first match is played. 4.3.2 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTICIPANTS 4.3.2.1 If the invited Federations/clubs plan to take part in the competition, they must accept the invitation in writing. 4.3.2.2 The invited Federations/clubs shall insure themselves against accident and disease (death, invalidity and the cost of treatment and medicines) and damage to third parties. 4.3.2.3 The team concerned may only participate if the conditions or arrangements laid down in articles 4.3.1.2 and 4.3.1.3 are met. The invitation and its acceptance constitute an undertaking both to participate and to accept the terms of the tournament or match. CEV 2017 (2017) CEV General Regulations Page 12 of 20

4.3.2.4 The invited Federations/clubs shall, in good time, inform the organizer of the number of people in their delegation, indicating their names and duties, together with any other useful information. Article 4.4 SANCTIONS 4.4.1 In the CEV, sanctions shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of the CEV Statutes, the General Regulations, the Disciplinary Regulations and the CEV Official Competition Regulations. 4.4.2 A National Federation or club which fails to pay financial items related to competitions to the CEV within two months of notification shall be banned from taking part in any CEV competition until the debt has been paid off. Interest for late payment, currently of 10% p.a., shall be added to all fines unpaid at the end of the two-month period. 4.4.3 SPECIAL ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION 4.4.3.1 The amount paid as a consequence of a withdrawal is divided as follows: a. At least 10% for the CEV, b. Up to 90% for the opponent team and/or organizing federation. The CEV Executive Commitee will decide about the division of the amount and the distribution of the up to 90% between the opponent team and the organizing federation in case there is a National Federation involved. Article 4.5 4.5.1 FORMAL CONDITIONS PROTEST IN COMPETITIONS 4.5.1.1 Protests can be raised as foreseen in the Official Rules or in case of violation of the CEV Regulations. 4.5.1.2 All games related Protests must be in written form in English and must be entered in the scoresheet as foreseen in the Official Rules. Any other protest must be in written form in English and must be executed separately. 4.5.1.3 Any protest shall mandatorily be accompanied by a deposit defined in the respective CEV Official Competition Regulations otherwise the protest will not be considered. If the protest is accepted, 75% of the deposited amount shall be refunded to the protesting party. If the protest is not accepted, the deposit remains in CEV. 4.5.2 PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF PROTEST FOR SINGLE MATCHES 4.5.2.1 Once a protest is formally notified, CEV Supervisor shall be bound from the competition site, without any delay and using the quickest way of communication to transmit the scoresheet as well as his/her own written report (which shall only refer to the items raised in the protest) to the CEV office. 4.5.2.2 The first working day after the match the protesting team must obligatorily send by fax to the CEV office a written confirmation of the protest as well as a copy of the deposit of the above mentioned amount which must be paid into the bank account of the CEV, otherwise the protest will not be considered. 4.5.2.3 Upon receipt at the CEV office of all the above mentioned documents the President of the CEV Legal Commission (or a Member of the CEV Legal Commission appointed by him for this purpose) shall examine the protest, both under the aspects of its content and its form. If he deems it appropriate, the President of the CEV Legal Commission (or the appointed Member of the CEV Legal Commission) is entitled to make further investigations. 4.5.2.4 The President of the CEV Legal Commission (or the appointed Member) will issue his/her decision as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours before the next match of the same competition with the participation of one of the involved teams or 48 hours before the formation of groups or the drawing of lots for the next round. 4.5.2.5 The decision taken by the President of the CEV Legal Commission (or the appointed Member) as to the protest shall be definitive. 4.5.2.6 Once the decision is taken it must be notified in writing to all parties concerned within 24 hours and shall furthermore be publicized by the CEV. 4.5.3 PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF PROTEST FOR QUALIFICATION OR FINAL PHASE TOURNAMENTS WITHOUT JURY 4.5.3.1 A written confirmation of the protest shall be notified to the CEV Supervisor within 60 minutes after the end of the match by the team manager. 4.5.3.2 A deposit of the above mentioned amount must be handed over to the CEV Supervisor together with the written confirmation mentioned under 4.5.3.1, otherwise the protest will not be considered. 4.5.3.3 Once the protest is formally notified, the CEV Supervisor is entitled to make further investigations. 4.5.3.4 The decision shall be issued by the CEV Supervisor at the latest within 3 hours after the end of the day s last match and it shall be notified in writing to all parties concerned within the same 3 hours deadline. 4.5.3.5 The decision taken by the CEV Supervisor about the protest shall be definitive. 4.5.4 PROCEEDINGS IN CASE OF PROTEST FOR FINAL PHASE TOURNAMENTS WITH JURY 4.5.4.1 A written confirmation of the protest shall be notified to the President of the Jury within 60 minutes after the end of the match by the team manager. 4.5.4.2 A deposit of the above mentioned amount must be handed over to the President of the Jury together with the written confirmation mentioned under 4.5.4.1, otherwise the protest will not be considered. 4.5.4.3 Once the protest is formally notified, the President of the Jury is entitled to make further investigations. 4.5.4.4 The decision shall be issued by the Appeal Committee composed ad hoc by the President of the Jury and two other Members of the Jury appointed by him at the latest within 3 hours after the end of the day s last match and it shall be notified in writing to all parties concerned within the same 3 hours deadline. In case the protest refers to refereeing matters, the Appeal Committee is composed ad hoc by the President of the Jury as well as 1 member of the Jury and 1 member of the SRC appointed by him. 4.5.4.5 The decision taken by the Appeal Committee about the protest shall be definitive. Article 4.6 SAFETY The organizer of any competition referred to in article 4.1 shall do all necessary arrangements in collaboration with the local authorities to ensure the safety of players, referees and officials, both on and off the court as well as spectators, staff and all persons involved in the competition. CHAPTER 5: AWARDS Article 5.1 CEV AWARDS COMMITTEE The CEV Awards Committee shall consist of the CEV Executive Committee. Article 5.2 PRESENTATIONS OF CANDIDATES TO THE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION The CEV Awards Committee, acting either on its own initiative or on a proposal from the National Federations or the various organs of the CEV, shall present worthy candidates to the Board of Administration, in the light of an enquiry run and a presentation made by the representative of the Board. CHAPTER 6: FINANCIAL MATTERS Article 6.1 PER DIEM 6.1.1 During all CEV events, the CEV Officials and the referees shall receive a per diem for the whole duration of their duty. CEV events are: official competitions, meetings of the Board of Administration, the Executive Committee, the Commissions and Working Groups as well as activities of representation the CEV. 6.1.2 The day of arrival and the day of departure count each for one full day and are included in the duration of the event. The per diem for the event covers all costs of any kind related to the journey (trains, buses, taxis, parking, etc). In case that no flight connection allows arrival or departure on the foreseen dates, the related extra per diem has to be paid. 6.1.3 For meetings or activities of representation the per diem shall be paid by CEV, while for official competitions as determined in the respective regulations. 6.1.4 The per diem is 100.- EUR and must be paid in euros on the very day of the recipient s arrival. Article 6.2 6.2.1 MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES TRAVEL EXPENSES The National Federations shall bear the travel expenses related to the meetings of their respective members of the CEV Commissions. CEV or the organizer shall bear the travel expenses of its officials for all other meetings and activities. 6.2.1.1 Travel expenses of teams For all Official CEV Competitions each team shall bear its own return travelling expenses to the official venue(s) of arrival/departure indicated by the Organizer. 6.2.1.2 Travel expenses of CEV Officials and referees In all volleyball and beach volleyball competitions the Organizer shall bear the whole travelling expenses for the appointed CEV Officials, for the International Referees and neutral Referees appointed by the ERC. For the Referees from Federations taking part in the final round of the Volleyball European Championships Small Countries Division, the respective National Federations shall bear the return travel expenses to the official venue. 6.2.1.3 Local transportation All travel expenses for teams, appointed CEV Officials and Referees within the hosting country, i.e. from the official venue to the competition sites and to the hotels and back, shall be borne by the Organizer. 6.2.1.4 Official venue The official venue(s) must be the airport located nearest to the competition site(s) with regular national and/or international flights schedules, which enables visiting teams, CEV Officials and Referees to arrive and depart in due time according to the competition regulations. Article 6.3 6.3.1 MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES VISA COSTS For meetings of the Executive Committee, the Board of Administration and Commissions, the visa costs (only those to be paid to the consular authorities) must be paid by the National Federation which bears the travel expenses. CEV shall bear the visa costs (only those to be paid to the consular authorities) of its officials for all other meetings and activities. 6.3.2 COMPETITIONS For all Official CEV Competitions, the visa costs (only those to be paid to the consular authorities) must be paid by the party which bears the travel expenses. In case that CEV bears the travel expenses, the visa costs must be paid by the Organizer. The Organizer shall do its utmost to facilitate the granting of visas required for teams, CEV Officials and Referees to enter the territory of the country in which the Official CEV Competitions are being held. Article 6.4 INTERESTS Any delay in the payment of the dues at their settling date will automatically entail past-due interests of 10% p.a. with a minimum of 2% of the outstanding balance. Article 6.5 BANKING CHARGES National Federations shall bear all banking charges related to the payment of their dues. Commission fees such as transfer or exchange fees shall not be deducted from the debts to be paid. CEV 2017 (2017) CEV General Regulations Page 18 of 20

Article 6.6 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION With regard to article 13.6 of the CEV Statutes, the amount of the annual contribution is based on the FIVB categorisation of National Federations and as follows: a. For FIVB categories 1 and 2: 250 Euros, b. For other FIVB categories: 500 Euros. Article 6.7 CASES NOT FORESEEN Cases not foreseen in this chapter are decided by the Board of Administration. CHAPTER 7: REPRESENTATION OF CEV IN THE FIVB BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION AND ELECTION PROCEDURE Article 7.1 COMPOSITION According to article 2.4.1.2 of the FIVB Constitution, CEV disposes of nine seats in the FIVB Board of Administration, including one for the CEV President, legally elected as Confederation President. Article 7.2 MINIMUM REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE CEV BOA In addition to the CEV President, minimum four Representatives in the FIVB BOA must also be Members of the CEV Board of Administration. Among the elected CEV BOA members who are also candidates to the FIVB BOA, the General Assembly will proceed to the election of those four Representatives. Article 7.3 LAST VACANCIES The last four vacancies in the FIVB BOA will be elected among the remaining CEV BOA Members who where also candidate for the FIVB BOA and all remaining candidates applying to the FIVB BOA. Article 7.4 PROCEDURE AND CLAUSES The procedure and clauses of the election are ruled by the principles foreseen for the election of the Members of the CEV BOA as described in the CEV Statutes under article. 5.15.
