Our Grizzly and Moose hunts are conducted out of our large Unalakleet hunting concession, and our Goat and Sheep hunts are conducted right near our home in 14C. We also conduct TOK Dall sheep hunts with Freelance Outdoor Adventures Registered Guide John Rydeen. Unalakleet Hunting Area TOK 14C Cinder River Lodge Alaska Cinder River Lodge Alaska is located about midway down the Alaska Peninsula in prime Brown Bear and Moose habitat. Our lodge facility includes a comfortable hunter s bunkhouse, shower house, and new main lodge with kitchen. Our bush equipped aircrafts are based at the lodge to help support the hunting operation. Each hunter is flown to a spike camp where they and their personal guide will hunt for the desired trophy. Camps are checked often and moved to fresh areas as needed, to assure hunters the best possible chances for a successful hunt and a quality trophy. The Cinder River area has a reputation for great game populations, as well as producing tremendous trophies. The Cinder River area is one of the largest in the state. It encompasses the full width of the Alaska Peninsula, reaching from the Pacific Ocean to Bristol Bay. A large portion of the area is located in our exclusive hunting concession of Aniakchak National Preserve. We have a history and relationship with many reputable outfitters, along with a ton of experience in many of the sheep hunting areas outside of Alaska. I have personally helped organize and accompany hunters on sheep hunts in Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Texas, Montana, Arizona, Nevada, B.C., & Tajikistan. This past year we also helped organize and accompany our friend Tom Moleski on his Utah Rocky Mountain Bighorn hunt. We can help you with the booking of your hunt, assist with the paperwork, and go along on the hunt to make sure things go as smoothly as possible. I will be an extra set of eyes to assist with trophy judging, and I am there to make sure your animal is cared for in the proper ways. We will also bring my camera equipment to make sure your once in a lifetime hunt is documented and captured on film for you to enjoy and share with your friends and family for years to come.
