Transprtatin 9 Lifting the crate The equipment is supplied in a wden crate n a pallet. A frk-lift truck is required fr lifting the crate n arrival and fr lifting the equipment ff the pallet. WARNING: The equipment is very heavy equipment. It is nly pssible t lift the equipment ff the pallet using a frklift truck r a pallet mver. CAUTION: Make sure t prvide a frklift designed and adequate fr lifting a crate f the size and weight as specified in this manual. Installatin requirements 11 Installatin requirements WARNING: The equipment must be installed in restricted access lcatins nly. NOTE: Check the delivery rute t the installatin lcatin fr necessary clearance and remve all bstructins. Heating and ventilatin Prvide a heat and ventilatin system capable f maintaining rm temperature between 17 C (63 F) and 28 C (82 F) and a relative humidity (nn cndensing) f min. 20 % and max. 80%. Fr heat emissin see "Pwer cnsumptin" n page 15. Installatin kit Installatin kit is included with the equipment. It cmprise the parts necessary t make the installatin. Space requirements Free space arund the equipment Decide fr a prper installatin site fr the equipment and make sure that the free space arund the equipment makes servicing pssible. In case f need t turn ff the slvent supply t the prcessr, it is recmmended t install hand valves in the end f the slvent installatin. CAUTION: Never lead slvent ut hse int a drain, as mst slvents are strng pllutants. It is als illegal t empty these types f chemicals int the public sewer system. Under all circumstances lcal regulatins applying t the treatment f chemical waste must be fllwed strictly. Exhaust cnnectin Prcessr exhaust must be cnnected t the apprpriate lcatin (directly t the utside r t the building exhaust installatin). Main pwer utlet Prvide an mains pwer-utlet with an electrical plug lckut clse t the installatin site. The table shwing "Pwer supply requirements" n the facing page indicates the applicable pwer supply types. Pwer cable NOTE: The cable fr the main pwer cnnectin is included with the equipment. WARNING: The equipment is Class 1 equipment. Therefre, the equipment must be cnnected t earth t avid electrical shcks. Please be aware f duble ple/neutral fusing. CAUTION: The cnductrs in the pwer supply cable shuld be f cpper.
