CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OPENING CEREMONY The opening ceremony will take place on April 30 th 2017 at 7:00 PM at Intersport hall. PARTICIPANTS' PARADE Each country will participate in the parade with 2 students and referee(s). They are supposed to arrive at Intersport hall at 6:15 PM at the latest. All participants, except the heads of delegation and 2 students and referee(s) from each country will enter the Intersport hall at 6:30 PM at the latest. The heads of delegations from each country are supposed to arrive at the front of the Hotel of Delfin at 6:25 PM at the latest. Accompanied by their guide the heads of delegation enter the hall. Only HOD's who have paid the Gala charity dinner fee of 50 can join the dinner. The funds go to the ISF School Sport Foundation.
CULTURAL DAY The Cultural Day will take place on the 5 th day of the championship, on Wednesday, May 3 rd. Each team will visit 4 cultural attractions in the city of Poreč (will take 1 hour), accompanied by their tourist guides and 1 volunteer. After the sightseeing, the groups will have free time until 7 PM when the Intercultural festivalbegins. There will be 1 volunteer at the group's disposal throughout the day. Bring the items you require for the Friendship Night with you and leave them on the tables with your country's name tag once you get to the Square. INTERCULTURAL FESTIVAL After the Culture Day the Intercultural festival will take place on the main square in Poreč. The groups will perform according to the following schedule. The return schedule from the INTERCULTURAL FESTIVAL will be the same as for the departure schedule! FINAL MATCHES The final matches are played at 5:30 PM (girls) and 7.30 PM (boys). After the final match in the boys' competition, the prizegiving ceremony will take place. CLOSING CEREMONY Shortly after the medal ceremony, the closing ceremony will take place at the Intersport Hall from 9 PM till 9:15 PM. FAREWELL PARTY After the dinner, there will be a farewell party at the hotel.

HOTEL SERVICE INFORMATION Lunch boxes In case you think you won t make it to any of the hotel meals due to your match, you can pre-order lunch boxes every day until 7 PM for the following day. Submit your lunch box request at the info counter with the exact number of meals. Laundry Laundry service is available per set/jersey (T-shirt + shorts + socks) for 5 EUR. It is important to put your laundry into your own box which you can get at the reception so that the hotel staff can take care of it without mixing it with the other delegations' laundry. The laundry box should be left in the room so hotel maid can collect before 8 AM. The same day at 2 PM your clean laundry will be given back to the maid and sorted according to the teams and card boxes. Each team must designate one person (e.g. head of delegation) as the one responsible person whose room will be charged with the laundry fee. The bill shall be paid upon departure at the reception desk. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is free of charge for all championship participants, at the hotel lobby and in the sport halls. Money exchange At the lobby of the hotel you can exchange money. Entertainment Every day during your stay there will be a disco night at the hotel from 9 to 11 PM.
