President Communication / Comunicação do Presidente To: EUROPEAN FEDERATIONS RINK-H0CKEY EUROPEAN CLUBS EUROPEAN INTERNATIONAL REFEREES C/c: CERS PRESIDENT From: CERH PRESIDENT Date: 2016, April 28 Subject: EUROLEAGUE INFORMATION ABOUT THE 2016 FINAL 4 ORGANIZATION Dear Sirs: Having in mind the conditions that were established by my Communication FG-004/2015, CERH has decided to award the FPP FEDERAÇÃO DE PATINAGEM DE PORTUGAL and SPORT LISBOA E BENFICA with the organization of the Euro League Final 4, which will be held on 2016, May 14 and 15. 1. ORGANIZING COMMITTE The Organizing Committee of this event is made up of the following 3 members: a) 1 President (nominated by FPP)...... Mr PAULO RODRIGUES b) 1 Vice-President (nominated by SL Benfica).... Mr TIAGO PINTO c) 1 Member (nominated by CERH).. Mr LLUIS FERRER 2. PLACE FOR THE COMPETITION - RINK AND PREMISES CHARACTERISTICS Sports Hall: Address: PAVILHÃO FIDELIDADE AVENIDA EUSÉBIO DA SILVA FERREIRA - 1500-310 LISBOA, PORTUGAL Size: Surface: Capacity: Facilities: 40 x 20 meters Parquet 2.500 seated places 6 dressing rooms 2 Medical rooms, one of them for the anti-doping controls 1 Pressroom, including a zone for Press conferences 1 working/meeting room for the CERH members Page 1 of 10 Página 1 de 10

3. CLOSEST AIRPORT ACCOMODATION, MEALS & TRANSPORTATION OF THE TEAMS 3.1 For those that want to travel by plane to Lisbon, Portugal, the closest airport is the LISBON AIRPORT. 3.2 Each participating club team is responsible for all the costs related with its own accommodation and meals. 3.3 The organizer of the event, SL BENFICA is responsible for providing transportation for all teams to / from the Lisbon Airport to / from the hotel accommodation and to / from the playing rink. Consequently, the participating clubs must inform SL BENFICA about the schedules of their flights and the name of the hotel of accommodation, through the following contact: Ms. INÊS SOUSA email... isousa@slbenfica.pt 4. ACCREDITATION OF THE TEAM REPRESENTATIVES AND INFORMATION TO BE SENT All the participating teams must send to the CERH Secretary General Mr. Ricardo Oliveira, through the email: cerh.secretary@gmail.com the list of all their representatives (players, delegates and technical staff) for this event, together with the information about the colours of their 1 st. and 2 nd equipment, in order to prevent any situation that may occur. The deadline for the sending of the referred information is the date of Monday, 2016 May 6. It is also important to clarify that The credentials will be distributed by the organizing club upon arrival of the participating teams, during the training for adaption to the rink All the team representatives (players, delegates and technical staff) will have to use, visibly, his credentials during his presence at the event's premises, either during the matches or during the training sessions. To observe the games where there is no participation of his team, a specific area has been reserved in the stands for those who have their credentials. All the additional members of each team delegation - who do not have credential - will not have access to the rink, either during the training sessions and/or during the matches. 5. OFFICIAL CALENDAR PRESS CONFERENCES, COLLATERAL ACTIVITIES AND COMPETITION 5.1 On the afternoon of Friday, 2016, May 13, it is scheduled the following press conferences, to be held in the Auditorium of MUSEU COSME DAMIÃO, in Lisbon, side by side with the premises of the event. 17:00 H Press Conference Official opening of the 2016 Euro League Final 4 (SL Benfica Vice-President, FPP Vice President, CERS President and CERH President) 17:30 H Presentation of the CERH MINI-OK video (by LUÍS SÉNICA, from the CERH Development Commission) 18:00 H Coffee-break 18:30 H Press Conference with the Main Coaches of all the 4 participating teams 5.2 On the evening of Friday, 2016, May 13, it is also scheduled a welcome dinner offered by SL BENFICA to all the participating clubs (2 Delegates by team) and to the European sporting authorities (CERS and CERH). 5.3 On the morning of Saturday, 2016, May 14, will take place the: 5.3.1 Training sessions of adaptation to the rink by the following participating teams: 10:00 H FC BARCELONA 10:30 H FORTE DEI MARMI 11:00 H UD OLIVEIRENSE Page 2 of 10 Página 2 de 10

5.3.2 CERH meeting with all the team Delegates (*) and the designated Referees, which will take place at 11:30H, in the CERH room of the PAVILHÃO FIDELIDADE. (*) Note: The team Delegates must bring the CERH licences of all their team representatives in this event (players, delegates and technical staff). 5.4 The official calendar of the competition is as follows: 6. DESIGNATED REFEREES The designated Referees for this event are the following ones: (1) ARNAUD ESOLI, from France (2) XAVIER BLEUZEN, from France (3) ALESSANDRO DA PRATO, from Italy (4) ALESSANDRO ECCELSI, from Italy (5) FRANCISCO GARCIA, from Spain (6) OSCAR VALVERDE, from Spain 7. TELEVISION COVERAGE OF THE EVENT All the matches of the 2016 Euro League Final 4 will be broadcasted live through the following channels: RTP-2 RTP AFRICA RTP INTERNACIONAL BENFICA TV CERH TV (access through the CERH web site) 8. DISTRIBUTION OF TICKETS FOR THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS AND FOR THE ORGANIZATION ENTITY 8.1 According to the current regulations of the CERH club competitions, the organisation must offer, to each participating team, 10 tickets for each one of the 3 the matches of this event. 8.2 Besides that, SL BENFICA has decided to award all the participant teams with 4 VIP Tickets which are assigned to club VIP tribune for the Semi-finals and the Final of this competition. Then all the refereed Clubs must confirm before the Organizing Committee the names of their 4 representatives in the VIP tribune, until the day before the beginning of the competition, at most. 8.3 Each match of the semi-finals will have separate tickets for the public (only 1.750 tickets will be available for the public, not only by security measures, but also due the number of reserved seats for the authorities, the club delegations and several guests) 8.4 In accordance with the deadlines and payment conditions below defined for the requisition of tickets before SL BENFICA, it was established the following tickets distribution by participating club: 8.4.1 DAY 1 SEMIFINAL MATCHES Saturday, 2016 May 14 Each participating club will be entitled to a requisition of 35% of the tickets of the match concerned and that are available for the public. The Organizer entity will keep with 30% of the referred tickets, in order to guarantee their availability for the general public. The requests of tickets for the Semi-Finals (Day 1) must be submitted until Monday, 2016, May 2, whose payment (*) must be done until 18.00 H of Friday, 2016 May 6. 8.4.2 DAY 2 FINAL MATCH Sunday, 2016 - May 15 Each one of the two finalist clubs is entitled to a requisition of 35% of the tickets that are available for the public. The Organizer entity will keep with 30% of the referred tickets, in order to guarantee their availability for the general public. The payment (*) by the participating clubs concerning the requested tickets for the match of the Final (Day 2) must be done until 09.30 H of Sunday, 2016 May 15. (*) IMPORTANT NOTE: All the requested tickets by the participant teams must be paid to SL BENFICA by a bank transfer to the following account: IBAN: PT5 0033 0000 00000538448.05...SWIFT/BIC:... DEFINITION OF ZONES ALLOCATED TO THE FANS OF EACH PARTICIPATING CLUB After the inspection of the facilities that was conducted by the CERH VP, Lluís Ferrer, all the set safety standards of this event were discussed and approved, including the definition of the areas in the premises that will be reserved for the fans and supporters of all the participating clubs during each one of the 3 matches of this competition. 10. PRESS ACCREDITATION PROCESS AND OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION Journalists, photographers and video operators intending to be accredited for the Euro League Final Four should fill the registration form that is available on CERH website and that must be addressed until de deadline of Sunday, 2016 May 8, through the following contacts: CERH PRESS - Mr. MARCELLO BULGARELLI... email: press@cerh.eu SL BENFICA - Mr. LUÍS FILIPE... email: lfilipe@slbenfica.pt Page 4 of 10 Página 4 de 10

All accreditation requests will be confirmed or denied by email at the end of the specific accreditation process, on the date of Monday, 2016 - May 9. A specific area will be reserved in the stands for the accredited press members, who will also have access to the following delimited zones: 10.1 PRESS WORKING ROOM Within the premises of this event, all the accredited press members will have a reserved working area, provided with tables and chairs, a printer and a copy machine, power connections and an exclusive live to access Wi-Fi. 10.2 PRESS CONFERENCE ROOM Near the press working room, there is a press conference room for all the meetings to be handled after the end of each match with the coach and one player of each participating team. 10.3 MIX ZONE A mix zone will be delimitated, in order to define a place where the press members can approach the players for interviews, before they return to their dressing rooms, namely: After the training sessions of adaptation to the rink; or After the end of each match In addition to the scheduled press conferences for Friday, 2016, May 13 as referred in paragraph 5.1 of this Communication - it is important to point what are established immediately the end of each match: FLASH INTERVIEWS: The coach and a player of each team must go the zone of the TV short interviews MIX ZONE INTERVIEWS: All the players must pass in the mix zone (each club must inform the CERH Press officer if there is an opposition to any statement of their players). PRESS CONFERENCES: Each team represented by the Main coach and a player (the team captain) must go to the press conference room for a meeting with the accredited members of the press.
