The LOC must prepare a Graphic with all the place of competition pointed to the diverse areas on the event and send to the UIPM Headquarters one month before the event for both Biathle and Triathle Course. V Financial Obligations All National Federations/athletes are responsible for covering the costs of their own travel to and from the competition city and accommodation and meals in excess of those provided by the Organiser. The Organiser shall provide all UIPM National Federations with accommodation and transportation options and other logistical information. In addition the LOC shall provide: A map showing the suggested hotel locations and the competition venue A list of available transportation options such as train, taxi, bus, etc, which would allow the participants to travel from the airport(s) to their hotels and from their hotels to the competition venue as well Detailed instructions and time schedules for each transportation option. These instructions must be also posted inside each of the athletes hotels for reference upon arrival. National Federations: Athletes, Officials The Organiser shall provide all UIPM National Federations with a detailed list of inexpensive, moderate and expensive hotel options so that participants can choose reserve and pay for their own accommodation. The list should include hotel names, contact details and a brief description concerning the location, distance from the competition venue, and room prices for singles and doubles. National Federations (athletes & officials) are responsible for their own accommodation reservations and expenses. IX Results The Organiser must provide a computerised result system capable of delivering printed and copied results a maximum 10 minutes after the termination of the event. The organiser must be capable of delivering the results via E-mail to the UIPM Headquarters (results@pentathlon.org) immediately after the competition. Please confirm describe the marketing plan, identifying which type of advertising will be sold (e.g. banner advertising, start numbers, etc. and their locations). The press book must include written articles, TV coverage report, and photos of the competition, especially in the areas where the UIPM Sponsors banners are located. Professional Photographer must be appointed, to deliver photographs to the UIPM Headquarters by electronic support (usb drive, CD etc) t later than 1 day after the competition ends. The UIPM s international rights extend to the use of all competition information, including but t limited to results and television signal which can be used for the purposes of webcasting on the Internet. In the event live webcasting of the competition occurs, the UIPM crew responsible will need to have access to high speed broadband at all venues.
