Caboolture is a TICK FREE Zone if coming from a TICK AREA please contact your local DPI to find out what spraying requirements etc are needed for your horses. INSURANCE for insurance purposes all people who are competing or participating in an event (riding) must be members of AHAA, Equestrian Australia (EA) or an EA insured club see http://www.equestrian.org.au/default.asp?menuid=e A_Services/11755/0,EA_Insurance/11726/410 for a current list of EA insured clubs. STABLES & CAMPING BOOKINGS ARE MADE DIRECTLY WITH QSEC VIA QSEC NOMINATE. STABLE FEE - $25 per day, plus refundable cleaning levy (see below). TACK ROOM - $18 per day STABLE CLEANING LEVY a refundable stable cleaning fee of $50 is collected with your entries. At the end of the show when you are ready to head home and have cleaned out your stable please report to the Show Manager or Show Announcer so a Committee member can inspect your stables and organise a refund of this fee if your stables have been left tidy and clean. HORSE NUMBERS horse numbers will be provided in your competitor show bag. Please ensure you visit the Show Managers Tent to collect when you arrive at the grounds. Chest number holders will be mandatory for this year s National Show.. They are available for purchase ($20) or hire ($10) in your nominate entries if you do not already have one. CANCELLATION FEE - In the event of cancellation of the show (e.g. due to wet weather), there will be a cancellation fee of 30% of entry fees to cover the costs of venue hire. Accommodation Camping fee is $23 per powered site per night. $18 per unpowered site per night. Powered sites available. Shower/Toilet Block on site.
