Designed to improve overall functional conditioning using hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball. Silver Sneakers Senior yoga class that incorporates a series of physical postures and breathing techniques to increase flexibility and core strength. Activities are done in a chair. Anyone under the age of 18, prior to swimming in the pool, must complete the YMCA swim skills assessment and be assigned a red, yellow or green swim band. These bands help our certified lifeguards keep our swimmers safe. For additional details about our new testing program, please refer to our new Aquatic Swim Safety Testing Policy found on our website at www.cyedc.org. SUMMER LOCKER ROOM AND GUEST INFORMATION GUESTS Guests (18+), accompanied by a YMCA member, are welcome into our facility weekdays until 3pm. FAMILY LOCKER ROOM Our family locker room entrance is available for access to the LY facility, using your valid YMCA membership card, during the following hours: -Friday 5am-3pm 6am-12pm LOCKER ROOM USAGE DURING CAMP SEASON Between June 11-August 24 our Y will be a buzz with children in our Summer Camp programs. We are excited for them to have the Best Summer Ever. Our camp day runs from 7am-6pm and our campers swim daily between 12:30-4pm. Locker room usage will peak during this time.
