Dear Boxing Friends, We would like to invite your YOUTH/JUNIOR MALE & FEMALE Boxing Team to participate in our INTERNATIONAL BOXING TRAINING CAMP, which we organize in Los Alcázares (Murcia), Spain from APRIL 8 (Arrival) to APRIL 14 (Departure) 2018. Los Alcázares (Murcia), has been selected to host the International Boxing Training Camp 2018 due to its great importance as a Boxing Center of the country, because in this city is the High Performance Center, where Youth and Junior Categories of the Spanish Boxing Federation reside and train. It is also a tourist city with an important sports center of Spain. It is the perfect opportunity for your YOUTH/JUNIOR MALE & FEMALE Boxing Team to prepare, along with other top-level National Teams, the EUBC EUROPEAN YOUTH CHAMPIONSHIPS, which will take place (Italy from April 17 to 26). ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATION AGE CLASSIFICATION: YOUTH - Boxers between the ages of 17 and 18 are eligible to participate compete (born between January 1, 2000 and December 31, 2001) The Spanish Team will be composed of 14 boxers: 8 Female Boxers 6 Male Boxers 5. COMPOSITION OF OFFICIAL DELEGATION: JUNIOR- Boxers between the ages of 15 and 16 are eligible to participate (born between January 1, 2002 and December 31, 2003) Each Team Delegation can have the following number of officials: 6. REQUIREMENTS All Boxers must bring along with them: Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated Current and valid Passport 8. TRANSPORTATION All the delegates will be welcomed at International Airport Alicante or International Airport Murcia-San Javier by the staff of the Organizing Committee to be transported to the Hotel. The Organizing Committee will provide local transportation to all participants between the airport and the hotel and the competition venue free of charge.
Each National Federation will organize and pay for the travel arrangements for their athletes and officials from their country to and from International Airport Alicante or International Airport Murcia-San Javier to their country. 9. The Spanish Boxing Federation will provide local transportations for all the teams the 8 and the 14 of April. 12. VISA Those countries that need entry Visas for Spain must send us: a. List with names of Participants. b. Birth Dates. c. Passport Numbers. d. Copies of Passports. Not later than 15 March and contact Embassy of Spain in their countries in advance or the nearest Consulate of Spain in neighboring countries. The organizing committee will provide all the necessary facilities for all the participating countries to enter into Spain. To ensure and speed up the visa application process, please remind to fill in the final Entry form carefully and send it to the organizing committee in due time. Based on this form the organizing committee will issue a formal visa support letter to facilitate the visa procedures.
