Booking If you are ready to book, here are our next steps: Let s sort out a date We ll get you a contract and request for a deposit ($750 or $1500 for a shotgun). Then we start planning! You ll receive an easy to complete form with everything we need to prepare for you. We need a final number from you 2 weeks before the event. 2 days before the event we need a list of your golfers in their groups. Then we golf! And we ll invoice you after the event for the balance of the charges, less the deposit. 5
Golf Event Information A non-refundable deposit of $750, or $1500 for a shotgun is required to hold the date, due 14 days after booking. Charges (less the deposit) will be invoiced within 10 days after the event. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. Overdue balances are subject to a monthly interest fee of 2% (24% per annum). The minimum number of golfers for any event must be no less than 80% of what is originally booked (excluding shotgun starts where minimums are indicated). Cancellations received 60 days or more in advance of the event will forfeit the deposit. This deposit may be used for a onetime event re-schedule at ESGC in the same calendar year (i.e. - before December 31 of the same year). Cancellations received 60 days or less in advance of the event date will be charged for the entire invoice amount based on the latest confirmed numbers. Golf Events are expected to run rain or shine unless the course is deemed unplayable by management. Final numbers are due a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the event and will be the minimum final billing amount. All food and beverages consumed during events must be purchased from ESCG and remain on the premises. Golf Events are billed to full foursomes. Tournament Sponsors setting up on-course are required to complete a Sponsor Contract prior to event to arrange set up. A minimum 2 week lead is required. All food and beverage items must be purchased from ESGC. Appropriate golf attire is required by everyone on course, and golf or business casual attire in the clubhouse.. ESGC staff must serve all alcohol. We serve alcohol in a reasonable and professional manner. We adhere to applicable laws and regulations outlined by the AGLC. Groups or individuals who choose to disregard the laws /regulations will be asked to leave the premises. Prices are subject to change without notice. Event hosts are responsible for the actions of their guests. Damage to the property or facilities will be billed to the event.
