Contestants may shoot for targets only and be eligible for trophies. 2. In all handicap events, the squadding will be done at the squadder s discretion. 3. The management reserves the right to refuse the entry of, or to disqualify any shooter who in their opinion will interfere with the harmony of this shoot. 4. Contestants will forfeit should they leave the grounds and not be on hand for a shootoff. 5. A cashier s sheet showing all shooters playing the money will be posted for all events. 6. Many popular brands of shells may be purchased from the club. Shooters may use reloads for all events. 7. If you want your empties, put them in your pocket before they hit the ground. No picking up of empties from the ground is allowed. 8. The club is not responsible in case of accident or theft. 9. MISSING SQUAD PENALTY: any shooter missing his squad and desiring to re-enter the event shall pay a $10.00 penalty. 10. ATA daily fee of $3.00, MTA daily fee of $2.00. MISSOURI S SOUTHWESTERN ATA ZONE SHOOT 1. This shoot is held concurrently at five locations with high scores reported to the central location for determination of shootoffs and trophy winners. 2. Ties for Zone and MTA trophies in Friday s Class Doubles and Class Singles will be carried over into the Championship events on Saturday and Sunday. 3. There will be no penalty yardage or classification based on minimum target requirements. Management reserves the right to change the classification of any shooter at any time during the shoot. 4. Earned yardage will be awarded based upon the number of entries in handicap events at each location, not the total throughout the zone. 5. The #3,000.00 ATA added money will be paid equally to each 87 Zone trophy winners and will be mailed to each winner after the shoot. 6. The $25 Zone Lewis Purse offered on the Handicap Cham pionship is open to all shooters, and will be paid by check after the shoot. Entries will be pooled from all locations and paid out 2 places 60%-40% for 3 classes, ties divide. Payoff will be by Zone check after the shoot. 7. Winners and ties (Zone or MTA) on Friday s events will not be advanced. 8. Zone Daily Fee of $2.00. 9. All American Points pins will be awarded in accordance with ATA rules. See ATA rules, section All American Team. PRE-SQUADDING The MTA will offer pre-squadding for this shoot using the internet website www.presquad.com. This is a very easy system to use which lets you pick your own squads. You can return to the website anytime to look over the pre-squadded shooters. Pre-squadding will start June 15 and ends July 6, 2018. A non-refundable charge of $2.00 per position, per event, must be received within 7 days of pre-squadding, : ATA rules will be used to determine winners of ALL, regardless of whether trophies are furnished by the ATA or MTA. ATA rules regarding fall backs will be used to determine ALL winners. Trophies will not be mailed. Soiuthwestern Zone trophies will be mailed. A shooter can only win one trophy per event. CARRY-OVERS: Ties for trophies in Singles and Doubles events will be carried over by sub-event to the next like event. Unless specified otherwise, shoot-offs will be for trophies only and will be combined if possible. SHOOT-OFFS: Handicap ties will be shot off daily. Tied shooters will be called 3 times for shoot-offs. A shooter who fails to appear will forfeit. If no shoot-off contestants appear, a winner will be determined by management. JUNIORS AND SUB-JUNIORS: Juniors and Sub-Juniors may shoot targets onlyfor $28.00 and be eligible for all options and trophies. ATA RULES: The Amateur Trapshooting Association rules will govern all points not otherwise provided.

SPECIAL CATEGORY SHOOTERS: It is your responsibility to ensure that your special category is shown on your entry slip for each event when you classify. ENTRY: Your entry will not be considered made until you have paid. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE AC- CEPTED FOR THE AMOUNT OF ENTRIES ONLY. VISA, Mastercard & Discover accepted. All payments must be U.S. FUNDS ONLY. A shooter who has already cashiered for an event may not later enter the purses & options after that event has been called to the line. WHEN A SQUAD IS UP: A squad will not be held up for a tardy member. If the tardy shooter does not appear, IN THREE MINUTES, the shooter will be scratched and may be re-squadded in a later squad, subject to re-squadding penalty or allowed to make-up up to a maximum of 50 targets. TRAILER HOOKUPS: Accommodations for 329 trailers with electric and water hookups is $100.00 per shoot. Advanced reservations are required. Please call first to be put on RV list. Availability is accepted by request date and must be confirmed by Management. Do not send money until confirmed spot is acknowledged. A dump station is located on the grounds. Showers and restrooms are open 24 hours during the shoot. Commercial space with electricity is $100.00 for 20-foot space. No company will be allowed more than one space. All awnings, stakes, tables and signs must be kept behind the electrical post. Advance reservations accepted upon receipt of $100.00. GOLF CART/ATV REQUIREMENTS: Before operating a golf cart/atv on the grounds you must obtain a permit from the MTA office which will be available at no cost. To obtain a permit you must produce a valid driver s license and proof of $300,000 off premises liability insurance coverage on privately owned carts or ATVs. No one may operate a cart unless they possess a valid driver s license. Your cooperation in these rules will help maintain safety and will be greatly appreciated.
