Same combination rider and mount are not eligible for any other recognized division except equitation and pleasure. Will be divided horses and ponies if entries warrant. RULES & REGULATONS Every class offered is conducted and judged in accordance with the rules and specifications of the current CHSA, and NEHC rule books. In order to compete for annual awards in these organizations membership is required. Membership is required to enter NEHC Medal classes. Membership forms, rule books and class specs are available at Secretary s Stand and at chsaonline.com and nehc.net. 1. Please Pre-Enter: All entries received by mail or fax prior to 6:00 PM, the Friday, before the show will cost as listed. Payment not due until day of the show. After 6:00 pm. Friday a $20 post entry fee will charged for the day. 2. Open to all riders. It is not necessary to be a CHSA or NEHC member, however, to compete for those Annual Horse Awards, the horse or pony must be registered by a member of the respective Association. All ages are as of 12/1/13. Juniors under 18. 3. Management may cancel/combine/add/divide classes or alter the schedule, or not delay classes due to conflicts with exhibitors or trainers.
