SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Wednesday, September 21, 2016 3:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up Celebrate the Spirit of Her throughout the day during pre-race packet pick-up at Life Time Fitness Dublin. Packet pick-up will be located behind the front desk. Life Time members and non-members are welcome to enjoy the club! Life Time Fitness Dublin 3825 Hard Road Dublin, OH 43016 Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-race packet pick-up. Receive race materials early and avoid stress on race day! Participants must show current photo ID. Participants may pick up a friend s packet, however please bring a picture of their photo ID and know their full name and bib number. All participants will receive a MPG performance tank, reusable gift bag, and race bib. Participants must complete the emergency contact information on the back of the bib. Bibs must be worn on the front of running shirt or shorts at all times. The bib number MUST be visible at the start and finish of the run. Do not cut, fold or alter the race bib in any way. Thursday, September 22, 2016 Race Day (Packet pick-up available on-site. Please plan to arrive early). 4:00 p.m. Race day registration, packet pick-up and Lifestyle Market opens 6:00 p.m. Participants to walk to the start line (15-20-minute walk) 6:10 p.m. Pre-race warm up hosted by Life Time Group Fitness 6:30 p.m. 5K and 10K start 6:45 p.m. Live acoustic music by JT Hiller 7:00 p.m. Post-race rendezvous and Lifestyle Market begins 8:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony and check presentation to Girls on the Run Franklin County 10:00 p.m. Event concludes
RACE DAY LOGISTICS Event Location The event venue featuring the Lifestyle Market for race registration and packet pick-up is located in front of the COSI Museum. The Bubbly Bar will be hosted on the deck of the COSI Museum with post-race food on Washington Blvd near the Gildan tent. Genoa Park - Washington Blvd 303 W Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43215 Parking Paid parking will be available at the COSI Museum managed parking lots directly west of the building: COSI Museum 333 West Broad Street Columbus, OH 43215 GENERAL RACE INFORMATION Gear Check Schedule- 4:00 p.m. 9:45 p.m. Complimentary gear check is available for all participants. Gear Check Instructions Step 1 Remove all contents from backpack or purse, place inside provided clear plastic bag. All items must be visible. Step 2 Attach the Gear Check tab from the race bib to the bag for identification. Participants must have race bib to drop off and pick up items from Gear Check. ** Event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Social Media Make sure to use the event s social hashtags when posting Gildan Esprit de She 5K/10K event photos! #BeYourPotential and #EspritdeShe Personal Belongings Participants are responsible for all items within their possession for the duration of the event. Please do not leave garbage, clothing, etc. on the course. Please respect the course and the city that allows these wonderful events to take place. Headphones Headphones, ipod s or other personal audio devices are permitted but not recommended. Participants that wish to listen to headphones must keep the volume low for the overall safety of the participants. Lost and Found Lost and Found items should be turned in or claimed at the Volunteer Tent. Unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. Volunteers Please remember to thank event volunteers. The race would not be possible without the help of these generous individuals. There are still volunteer opportunities available! Friends and family are encouraged to take part by volunteering for the event. Interested? Learn more here. The volunteer tent will be located next to packet pick-up and registration for anyone who like to register to volunteer last minute. Spectators Spectators are welcome and encouraged at the event. Spectators will be able to see participants at various points along the course as well as the finish line and the Lifestyle Market. Food and hydration are provided on site for the participants only. Wine and bubbly will be available for purchase. Strollers Strollers are allowed on course. Those running with a stroller are asked to start at the back of the crowd to allow faster runners proper space.
Restrooms Restrooms will be available on Washington Blvd, at the start and finish line and at each Aid station on course. Bubbly Bar The Bubbly Bar will be located on the front deck of the COSI Museum. Participants who wish to partake in the Bubbly Bar, must present a valid photo ID at Packet Pick- Up or the Bubbly Bar for verification and will receive a wristband. Participants of legal drinking age must wear the wristband at all times during the event. Spectators (21+) will be able to purchase wine or bubbly at the Lifestyle Market. Spectators will also be required to present their photo ID for age verification and wear a wristband.

10K COURSE MAP Aid Stations Participants are supported by two aid stations along the course that feature water, UCAN Hydration, portable restrooms and First Aid. 5K participants will pass an aid station twice. 10K participants will pass an aid station four times.
Event Alert System (EAS) This race will utilize the Event Alert System (EAS), encompassing color-coded indicators to reflect current event conditions. Participants will notice flags posted throughout the race venue and at each aid station on race day. Participants are encouraged to become familiar with the color-coded system so they can be prepared in the event of changing Alert.
Post-Race Lifestyle Market Enjoy the ultimate post-race experience at the Gildan Esprit de She signature Lifestyle Market! Look forward to sipping, sampling, and enjoying memorable experiences brought to life by event sponsors and community partners. Participants will receive Bubbly Bar wristband on race day with a valid photo ID. Tank Exchange Tank exchange will be available at the Information Tent after all participants have picked up their race materials. We cannot guarantee exchanges, but will do our best to accommodate. Race Results/ Age Group Awards All results will be available online and on-site following the race. Please allow 10-15 minutes after crossing the finisher line to ensure that the results are correct. Results will be available via the QR code on race bibs. Awards Ceremony Awards Ceremony will take place at 8:00 p.m. on stage and feature a check presentation to Girls on the Run Franklin County. Award necklaces will be presented to the top three overall 5K and 10K finishers as well as the top three finishers in the following age groups: Ages 6-12 Ages 13-19 Ages 20-29 Ages 30-39 Ages 40-49 Ages 50-59 Ages 60-69 Age 70+ Race Photos 2016 race photos are available to download for FREE courtesy of The Vision Council.
