01 AN EFFECTIVE BUSINESS VENUE MotoGP provides a unique chance to build corporate and personal relationships; unlocking different business opportunities through a unique platform of services. The perfect tool at your disposal to create an engaging atmosphere for your company event. MotoGP VIP Village offers you many different options in creating your next corporate event at MotoGP. Our Business Solution guide will help you to choose the best combination of colours and décor providing the first step of personalization to this very special occasion. Whether your requirements are for a corporate event or private group, large or small, there is a Corporate Hospitality package that can be tailor made to suit your needs. 02 HOSPITALITY OPTIONS MotoGP Lounge or Corporate Area We deliver the best solutions for your needs helping to create an unmatched experience based on the number of attendees and the type of event you have in mind. Two different Hospitality categories are available at every Grand Prix to fit specific requirements. Every detail is carefully planned for your event, and our venues all provide direct access to the MotoGP LOUNGE, as well as the option of organising a CORPORATE AREA for a large group. 8 9
02 HOSPITALITY OPTIONS 2.1 MotoGP LOUNGE Perfectly located within the MotoGP VIP Village facilities, the MotoGP Lounge is the ideal place for smaller groups. This shared Area is available at every Grand Prix, offering the opportunity to interact with fellow guests in an open environment, and is an excellent location for networking or hosting business meetings. Two MotoGP Lounges of different styles are available at each Grand Prix weekend. 11
02 HOSPITALITY OPTIONS 2.1 MotoGP LOUNGE CORPORATE TABLE Groups with a minimum of guests are granted a Corporate Table. Your Corporate Table, designated by the logo of the company or organization, offers privacy within a common area. YOUR CORPORATE TABLE IN THE MotoGP LOUNGE 12
02 HOSPITALITY CATEGORIES 2.2 CORPORATE AREA The Corporate Area in the MotoGP VIP Village is a private, dedicated space within which to host your company event. This exclusive hospitality option, reserved for groups of minimum 60 guests, is the perfect solution for PR events, press conferences, product launches and all other kinds of business-related activities. EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE SPACE SIGNAGE FITTED CARPET Your company will be reserved a private area, and supplied with all required furniture and catering equipment. Your Company logo will be displayed on the external signage located outside your Corporate Area. The Corporate Area will be set up with carpet, with the option to choose the colour. FURNITURE Listed below is the range of available colours. Corporate Area will be set up with designer furniture. Two different styles are available for the interior decoration: classic round or high table. TABLE SETTING TV SCREEN PRIVATE OUTDOOR FURNITURE TABLE CENTREPIECE Selection of flowers available Corporate Areas are always provided with a minimum of four TV Screens (37 ). This number can be increased depending on the contracted space & total number of guests. Corporate Areas can also feature a private terrace overlooking the track. INTERIOR WALL DIVISION PANEL SYSTEM Corporate Areas are divided and separated in the interior by a modular panel system. The MotoGP VIP Village tent structure is 2 different wide measurement depending on the Grand Prix. Corporate Areas will be fitted with the MotoGP interior panel system at NO extra cost. Panels can be fully personalized with your corporate or brand image. Branding must be designed by the client and the final artwork must be sent to our commercial sales team. Alternately, the client can contract the personalization of this element that will include the production, set up & storage for the successive event. Please ask our sales department for the extra services available. 26 27
03 CREDENTIALS DESIGNATED SIGNAGE: PASS DISPLAY COMPANY NAME & LOGO CREDENTIALS Every guest will be provided with a VIP Pass for the race day and qualifying practice depending on the type of package purchased. The VIP Pass will display your Company name or your Company logo according to the Corporate Hospitality option selected. SUNDAY The present pass grants access to the MotoGP VIP Village area only on SUNDAY. If the holder of this pass is found in a not designated area, the pass will be confiscated immediately. It is non-transferable. Children older than 24 months must wear a MotoGP VIP Village pass. Smart casual attire required. Filmingrecording is not permitted. The use of this pass is governed by the conditions displayed at the various entrances of the circuit. The acceptance of this pass constitutes the acceptance of such conditions which pass holder understands, accepts and commits to comply. For good and valuable consideration, which receipt is acknowledged, grants DORNA GROUP his image rights for any and all commercial uses. SATURDAY The present pass grants access to the MotoGP VIP Village area only on SATURDAY. If the holder of this pass is found in a not designated area, the pass will be confiscated immediately. 03 CREDENTIALS STAFF & WORKERS 03 CREDENTIALS PARKING STAFF PASS Coordinators of Corporate Areas and company representatives will hold a Staff Pass (2 passes are allocated to each Corporate Area). Staff Pass gives access from Thursday to Sunday to all the included services in the VIP Hospitality Package. Additional Staff Passes can be purchased if required, to a maximum of 6 per Corporate Area. SERVICE WRISTBAND All personnel assisting with the assembly and disassembly of Corporate Areas including hostesses must wear a Service Wristband. This type of Pass will not give access to any of the included services in the VIP Hospitality Package. STAFF Space available for the COMPANY LOGO or PRIVATE NAME The VIP Package includes access to a reserved parking area next to facilities. One Car Parking Pass, valid for vehicles up to 9 guests, is provided per every four guests for Saturday and Sunday. A Parking Bus Pass is available on request and is valid for both days. 30 31
