WELCOME TO TYAX LODGE & HELISKIING SIGNATURE PACKAGES THE PROGRAM Every group at Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing is SINGLE GROUP Heliskiing with UNLIMITED VERTICAL. Our signature packages all offer 1 group only per helicopter with 10 guests and 2 guides. The helicopter is dedicated to your group and will be waiting for you at the end of your run, meaning less time waiting and more time skiing. Our unlimited vertical means no extra billing no matter how many turns you carve. By eliminating counting the turns that we make, you can relax and just enjoy the entire ski experience. The travel from Vancouver is the beginning of your adventure; a scenic land transfer up the famous Sea to Sky Corridor through Whistler to Pemberton, followed by an air or ground transfer to Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing. The Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing team will be waiting to greet you and bring you into the lodge. After a safety orientation and some essential paperwork, you will have the evening to settle into the lodge and make use of the amenities and spa, before your first gourmet dinner is served. Heliskiing starts first thing the next morning after a hearty breakfast and stretch class. Lunch is served in the mountains, and each day after skiing, après ski is served in the lounge and bar. Enjoy massage treatments and body work, or some relaxation in the hot tub, wood sauna, or eucalyptus steam room. On the final day of skiing, guests will return to the lodge to prepare for their departure via air or ground. Ground transfers depart from the lodge back to Whistler and Vancouver, arriving late. Please note that in some conditions we are unable to fly and will transport by ground into the lodge as well. 2

INCLUSIONS Professional Guiding Services from certified ACMG guides (Association of Canadian Mountain Guides). The use of avalanche safety equipment including BCA backpack, shovel, probe and Pieps transceiver. The use of powder skis and poles (guests must bring their own boots). Use of all resort facilities, including the spa facilities (treatments not included). Use of recreational equipment, including snowshoes & cross-country skis. All return transfers to Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing from Vancouver or Whistler. SNOWFALL & TERRAIN Annual snowfall in our region varies between 14-25 meters, with an average snow base of 3-5 meters throughout the winter with plenty of fresh powder. Guests will enjoy an abundance of quality, dry snow. Our seasoned guides know where all the secret snow stashes are hiding! Whether you want big mountain riding, rolling blankets of white pillows or wind lips to air, we have it all! Our 830,000 acres of ski terrain roughly compares to 200 times larger than Vail, Colorado or 10 times larger than Les Trois Vallées in France. With more than 375 mapped runs to choose from and new runs being added every year, there is always something new to discover. 3
LOCATION Our vast terrain lies in a transition zone between the Coastal Mountains and the dry rolling Fraser Plateau in the South Chilcotin Mountains, providing magnificent mountains, an abundance of dry snow and plenty of sunshine. 4

ITINERARY All times are approximate except for stretch class, breakfast and dinner. Schedules may vary, dependent on weather and logistics. ARRIVAL DAY 9:00 Pick-up YVR 9:30 Pick-up downtown Vancouver 1 2:00 Pick-up in Whistler 13.00 Arrive in Pemberton. Heli transfer to the lodge. Note Signature 4 group will continue by ground to lodge. 15:00 Orientation / Safety Meeting & Training. (Signature 4 orientation at 17:00) 19:00 Dinner SKI DAYS 6:30 Stretch Class 7:00 Breakfast 8:30 Helicopter Lift-Off 16:30 Arrive home from skiing. Enjoy Après Ski. 19:00 Dinner DEPARTURE DAY 6:30 Stretch Class 7:00 Breakfast 8:30 Helicopter Lift-Off 12:00 Arrive home from skiing. Signature 3 group returns at 16:00. 13:00 Heli transfer departs for Pemberton. Signature 3 departs at 17:00 by ground. 17:00 Ground transfer departs for Pemberton, Whistler, and Vancouver (if unable to fly out). Note all heli transfers are weather permitting. PRE & POST STAYS We always suggest that you stay in Vancouver or Whistler the night prior and the night of departure on your trip with Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing. We are happy to book those reservations for you with our partner hotels. 11
GENERAL INFORMATION TRANSFERS Transfers by helicopter are not confirmed until the day of the transfer due to weather. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing reserves the right to cancel air transfers due to weather conditions. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing reserves the right to schedule ground transfers instead of air transfer as needed. PAYMENTS All Signature Packages require a $1500CAD deposit per person for each seat on a heliskiing package. The deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. Small Group Packages require a 20% deposit of the total amount of the package at the time of booking. Full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. All reservations booked within the 90-day period will be due in full at the time of booking. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is paid. All payments are non-refundable. TAXES All rates are subject to a 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST), as well as a 7-8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST), as currently set by the Federal Government of Canada and the Provincial Government of British Columbia. CANCELLATIONS Written notification of cancellation is required. The cancellation must be confirmed, also in writing, by Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing reserves the right to cancel package at any time; full refunds will be given if this is the case. 12
GENERAL INFORMATION REFUNDS We want you to ski a lot! However, we all know that sometimes Mother Nature works against us. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing o ers a refund on a minimum number of vertical meters skied. Should you not reach your minimum, the following refund will apply: $120 per 1,000 vertical meters not skied. No refund is given for any unused portion of your package due to injury, illness, poor physical fitness or skiing ability. There is no refund if you choose not to participate in any activity or to return to the lodge early. Refunds given due to inclement weather or mechanical breakdown will be according to the vertical guarantee of the package. LIABILITY WAIVERS Prior to heliskiing, all participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement. Guests will not be able to take part in any portion of any trip with Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing without a signed agreement. INSURANCE It is highly recommended that all guests purchase trip cancellation, trip interruption and medical insurance. Please ensure you are fully aware of our cancellation policies on our website www.tyax.com. Tyax Lodge & Heliskiing recommends the third-party provider Lifestyle Financial. 13
