If your horse has a current year measurement card or has been measured within the last 60 days, please submit a copy of your card with your entry. All horses will be measured by the Show Steward with an official certified ASPC/AMHR measuring stick. Any other time will be at the convenience of the Show Steward upon request, but not to interfere with his/her show responsibilities. Measuring Times: Wednesday May 25 th ~ 3 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thurs May 26 th ~ 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. Friday May 27 th ~ By Appointment Registration papers and other necessary paperwork MUST be presented to the Show Steward for each animal entered at the time of measurement. To expedite measuring, please come to the measuring area with the horses free of blankets, sheets, hoods, sleezies, etc. ***Classes will begin at 8:00 a.m. each morning*** ENTRY PROCEDURES: ENTRIES CLOSE MAY 11, 2016. Entries must be on the official entry form for this show. Entry forms may by photocopied for use. All requested information must be provided for each horse entered. Forms will not be accepted unless they are complete and accompanied by required fees and a copy of the AMHR or ASPC registration papers for all horses on the entry form. All entries must include the complete name and registration number of the horse exactly as it is shown on the registration papers. NO numbers will be released without full payment of all fees. NO entries will be accepted over the phone. Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of the entry forms prepared by themselves or their agents. ENTRIES CLOSE MAY 11, 2016. Exhibitors must have an official amateur status to show in amateur classes. If a photocopy of your amateur card is not provided when you mail your entry, bring your amateur card to the show office when you pick up your packet. Amateur cards may also be purchased for a $10 fee from the Show Steward after proof of current ASPC/AMHR/ASPR membership. Gelding status must be shown on registration forms and all foals of the current year must be registered prior to the show. There will be a $50 charge for all checks returned due to lack of funds. This must be paid before entry numbers will be issued at this or any following show.

It shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall hold the horse show, Evergreen Classic, show management, Northwest Miniature Horse Club, and/or the Oregon Horse Center & employees harmless for any loss or injury to their horses or equipment which may occur from sickness, accident or any other factor. SHOW RULES & REGULATIONS 1. This is an ASPC/AMHR/ASPR sanctioned show, open to any ASPC/AMHR/ASPR registered horse whose exhibitor is able to show proof of valid registration. 2. Horse will be judged and classes will be run in accordance with ASPC/AMHR/ASPR rules. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to know the rules and regulations as well as the requirement of each class entered. A copy of the official rule book may be found in the show office. 3. Exhibitors must provide a copy of valid registration and a copy of their Amateur Card (if applicable) with their entry form for each horse entered. Amateur Cards may be purchased from the Show Steward for $10. STABLING Stalls, whether occupied by horses, feed, or tack, will be available at $66 for the show which begins after 12:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon and ends on Friday May 22 nd after the last class. Exhibitors needing stalls, who wish to arrive earlier then 12:00 pm on Wednesday or stay beyond Friday evening MUST make special arrangements with the show manager and the Oregon Horse Center. The charge for additional days is $20 per day per stall used. Horses may not be kept in trailers overnight and only two horses are allowed per stall. Stalls will not be bedded when horses arrive. More shavings will be available for market price. Stalls are assigned in the order that entries are received. Stalls MUST be paid for at the time of reservation. Every effort will be made to meet your request. If all stalls are reserved prior to receiving your reservation, show management will attempt to notify you by phone prior to the show.

GATE RULES It is the goal of the management that this show presents the Shetland Pony and Miniature Horse in the best light possible, be entertaining to those who have come to watch the event, and expediently move through the class schedule for the exhibitors. Each exhibitor is responsible for monitoring the progress of classes and being prepared to enter the ring promptly when a class has been called, without prior public notice. The gate will remain open for two (2) minutes after each class has been called to enter the ring. Horses not in the arena when the gate has been closed will be eliminated from the class and entry fees will not be refunded. Breaks will be incorporated into the show schedule for necessary tack changes and to set up equipment. Additional gate holds, not to exceed 2 minutes, requested by exhibitors may be called at the discretion of the show manager. All gate holds must be requested at the show office at least five classes in advance of the requested hold. LUNCH & DINNER BREAKS No specified lunch break has been scheduled. Show management and judge(s) will determine the progress of classes and announce a lunch break to occur as close to noon as possible. Classes will run according to the schedule unless stated otherwise in the class list. A dinner break will be called if necessary. DIRECTIONS TO THE OREGON HORSE CENTER Street Address: 90751 Prairie Rd, Eugene, OR The center is located approximately 7 miles west from I-5 From North on I-5 Exit 195B Beltline west bound. This is a new fly over, it is before the old exit, and immediately after you pass under the bike bridge over I-5. Off Beltline, take the 5 th exit NW Expressway, turn right. The center will be on your right just pass Irvington Drive. From South on I-5 Exit 195B Follow above directions. IMPORTANT NOTE: All vehicles or trailers (car, truck, horse trailer) parking in an RV space WILL be charged for RV parking. RV permits MUST be posted in the window of the vehicle. You must check in with the Oregon Horse Center to receive an RV permit. POST ENTRIES / ADDING CLASSES After the closing date for entries, MAY 11, 2016, a flat post entry fee of $25 may be assessed. Additional classes for horses entered by MAY 11, 2016 may be added without additional cost. Post entries for added classes will be accepted up to five (5) classes prior to the class entering the ring, provided that the horse is determined to be eligible for entry. Post entries made for the first five classes of the day will be accepted up to one half (1/2) hour prior to the first class entering the ring. Post entries made during the show must be made at the show office and will not be accepted unless accompanied by full payment. Management reserves the right to accept entries for unfilled classes. There will be a $25 charge for all checks returned due to lack of funds. This must be paid before entry numbers will be issued at this or any following show. SCRATCHED CLASSES - REFUNDS No entry fees will be refunded without a Veterinarian s Certificate as to the unsoundness of the entered horse. This must be presented to the show secretary before the first class of the day. Failure to show a horse that has been entered constitutes a forfeiture of entry fees. In the event of the sudden illness of a horse after the entry deadline, exhibitor may substitute another animal at no additional charge. If done at the show, it must be done within the time frame outlined in the Post Entry section. Refunds will be mailed to exhibitors after the conclusion of the show.
