THE MEET ENTRIES WILL OPEN March 23rd 2013. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THURSDAY, APRIL 11TH @ 11:59 p.m. NO LATE ENTRIES. The meet is open to unattached athletes and clubs. Fees must be paid at the close of meet registration. A surcharge will be applied and a credit card must be used. If you have any questions you may email at DASHTRACK@aol.com. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: Pee Wee, Primary, Bantam and Midget divisions-3 events, Youth-Open Divisions 4 events. Athletes may enter only those events listed for his/her division and may enter only the division corresponding to his/her year of birth. Pee Wee Athletes are 6 and under. All athletes 15 and older will be combined and medal as the OPEN age division (born 1995 and before) Athletes who are still 18 as of JULY 28, 2013 may also compete. AWARDS: Medals for 1St, 2nd, 3rd places. Pee Wee athletes will receive their ribbons/medals at the finish line. All races are timed finals except Pee Wee Athletes. Pee Wee parents, if you choose to escort your child to the Pee Wee Bull Pen, please leave that area and root for your child in the stands. Thank You for Your Cooperation. GENERAL INFO: Coaches Meeting at 8:45AM. Running and Field Events begin at 9:00AM starting with the. All running events will be timed finals. There will be no prelims or semis. Pee Wee Athletes events will receive reward at the finish line with no times. High jump 3 misses per height. The Shot Put arena is on the outside, West End. Discus arena is outside of track. Long jump 3 attempts, Pee Wee 2 attempts. Track events take priority over Field Events. All athletes must notify field event judge when leaving for a Running Event and must be ready to resume 10 minutes after completion of the Running Event. EQUIPMENT: House throwing implements will be available. No spikes longer than 1/8 will be allowed on the track. Starting Blocks will be provided. CONCESSIONS: A concession stand will be operated at the track. ABSOLUTELY NO GRILLS ALLOWED. Directions: From West: Interstate 64 East to Highway 255 South, exit Illinois State Route 15 (Belleville), stay on Illinois State Route 15 until you reach Frank Scott Parkway and exit. At the lights, turn left and at the next set of lights, turn right into Belleville West High School campus. From South and Southwest: Interstate 270 South and cross the Jefferson Barracks Bridge and Interstate 270 South will turn into Interstate 255 North. Take Interstate 255 North to Illinois State Route 15 (Belleville). Stay on Illinois State Route 15 until you reach Frank Scott Parkway and exit. At the lights, turn left and at the next set of lights turn right into Belleville West High School Campus. From North: Interstate 270 East and cross the Chain of Rocks Bridge. Take Interstate 270 East to Interstate 255 South. Stay on Interstate 255 South until you reach Illinois State Route 15 (Belleville) and exit. Continue on Illinois State Route 15 and exit on Frank Scott Parkway. Turn left at the lights and at the next set of light, turn right into Belleville West High School Campus.
