Fieldstone Pond Homeowners Association To: Fieldstone Pond Homeowners Date: April 28, 2017 Subject: Recreation Facilities Rules and Regulations The pool will open on Saturday, May 27 th and remain open through Labor Day, Monday, September 4 th. The pool hours are: May 27 th - June 18 th 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Weekends/Holidays only June 19 th - June 21 st 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Half-day school weekdays June 22 nd - Aug. 13 th 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 7 days per week Aug. 14 th - Sept. 4 th 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 7 days per week Adult swim will be scheduled between June 25 th and August 13 th. The hours set aside for adults only will be on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Please be advised that the Board has hired American Pool Management to operate the pool. They will be responsible for opening, closing and staffing the pool throughout the season. Should you have any questions (after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends) regarding any aspect of the pool operation, please feel free to contact APM at 845-356-9119. Their office is staffed seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Of course, should you have any questions regarding American Pool Management, please feel free to contact KMG during normal business hours at 914-893-4082 or 914-893-4084. The pool passes (color: red) issued two seasons ago will be reused this season. Each home received two resident passes indicated by the letter R followed by a number and one visitor pass indicated by the letter V followed by a number. If you do not have a pool pass, please contact Katonah Management Group. These passes MUST be shown to the guard when signing in to be admitted to the pool.
FIELDSTONE POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 2017 POOL RULES & REGULATIONS GOVERNING USE OF POOL & POOL SITE DURING OPERATING HOURS In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the residents and guests, as well as maintain the integrity of the Fieldstone Pond recreation property, the following rules and regulations have been adopted: Upon entering the pool area, all residents MUST SIGN IN AND SHOW THEIR PASS to the lifeguard. Possession of a pass is a requirement at all times, not just on weekends and holidays. Any guests (no more than 5) must be accompanied at all times by a resident of Fieldstone Pond. The lifeguard must be obeyed at all times. The lifeguard has the authority to close the pool for any reason deemed necessary including: Inclement weather conditions Poor water quality in pool Inappropriate behavior The lifeguard has the authority to restrict pool privileges for anyone in violation of the pool rules.
FIELDSTONE POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION POOL RULES, REGULATIONS & CONSEQUENCES The pool is only open for swimming when a lifeguard is on duty. The pool water must be cleared of everyone when the lifeguard has to leave his/her post. Prohibited in Pool Area: o The use of pool chairs is on a first come, physically first served basis. There is no reserving of pool chairs prior to the pool being open for the day. Failure to comply will result in the lifeguard removing all towels/belongings to the outside of the pool fence. o Diving o Smoking (including Vaping/e-cigarettes) o Alcoholic beverages o Glass containers & objects o Pets o Cooking o Roller blading. Roller blades must be removed before entering the area. o Bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, or scooters. o Running o Meals, with the exception of snack foods (i.e. pretzels, cookies, popcorn, fruit, potato chips, water/drinks, etc.) are not to be eaten within the fenced pool area. This includes and is not limited to fast food items, pizza and sandwiches. These items are to be eaten outside of the fence. Picnic tables are available for your convenience. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by a parent or guardian (16 years of age or older) at all times. Babies in disposable diapers are not permitted in the pool (fibers damage the filter system). You must use a disposable swim diaper or a reusable swim diaper found at many department stores. A violation of this rule will result in the assessment of a $100.00 fine. Baby carriages/strollers are permitted in the pool area as long as they do not obstruct the walkways. Pool toys/accessories may be permitted at the discretion of the lifeguard. If the lifeguard deems their use annoys or is hazardous to other people, their use will be disallowed. These items may not be stored in the pool area or shed. Inappropriate or dangerous behavior (such as foul language, rough play, loud music) is not permitted. Violators will be asked to leave and a $100.00 fine will be assessed. (over)
. Swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire. Jeans or cut-offs are not allowed in the pool. As required by county health codes, persons with infections of any kind are not permitted in the pool. There have been instances of unsupervised children making a mess in the bathrooms. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the bathroom facilities. Parents or guardians are responsible for the actions of their children. The Association, Board of Directors, Managing Agent, and lifeguard are not responsible for personal property left in or around the pool area. THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE IMPOSED ON ANYONE FOUND INSIDE THE POOL FENCE BEFORE OR AFTER POSTED POOL HOURS.
FIELDSTONE POND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS No smoking (including vaping/e-cigarettes) is permitted on the deck or in the clubhouse. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, basketball courts and tennis courts at any time; this includes the playground equipment area. Dogs must be leashed whenever on common property (owners must pick up their dog droppings regardless of the dog s size). Dog droppings must not be placed in drains, they must be placed in a trash container tied up in a plastic bag. Any violation of this rule will result in a $100.00 fine. No skateboarding, rollerblading, or scooters are allowed on the deck of the clubhouse or in the tennis courts. The speed limit on Fieldstone Drive is 19 mph. Speeding is strictly prohibited. All car washing must be done at the designated clubhouse area near the spigot. Car repairs are prohibited. Vehicles should not be driven on the grassy areas for any reason. No overnight parking at the Recreation Area is allowed without prior approval of management and/or the Board of Directors. No containers (liquids, cans, bottles or other similar materials) may be dumped in the street, lawn, drains, or pond. No littering. All residents are required to have recreation passes on their person whenever using the playground, pool, tennis courts, basketball court, or other Fieldstone Pond facilities. Only residents and accompanied guests are allowed in these areas. Residents are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. Please use the clubhouse driveway and pathways, not the lawns of the recreation areas when walking to and from the pool. Children under the age of twelve must, at all times, be accompanied by an adult (at least 16 years of age) in and around all recreation areas. No one over the age of 12 is allowed to use the play gym or swings. There will be no loitering in recreation areas after dark. Anyone seen in the recreation areas after dark will be asked to leave and, if necessary, the police will be called. FIRST OFFENSE - SECOND OFFENSE - SPEEDING - $ 50.00 FINE $100.00 FINE $125.00 FINE Nothing shall be done or kept on the main loop road which will increase the rate of liability to the community; this includes but is not limited to skateboarding, ramps, unlicensed or unregistered motorized vehicles, and equipment. A $125.00 fine will be assessed to violators. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on all HOA common area grounds. (over)
TENNIS COURT RULES AND REGULATIONS The tennis courts are for Fieldstone Pond unit owners and residents only! All guests must be accompanied by a resident. There is a bulletin board at the entrance to the clubhouse for residents to post and find tennis information; this board will remain unlocked for residential access unless it is damaged. Play should be limited to one (1) hour while others are waiting. All users of the tennis courts are on the honor system. Please relinquish your court when you have completed your allotted time. Appropriate attire should be worn when playing. Only tennis shoes are permitted; street shoes are not allowed. The tennis courts will be used exclusively for playing tennis. NO FOOD, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADING, ETC., ARE ALLOWED ON THE COURTS. Please do not disturb other players. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult or a guardian over the age of 16. Pets are not permitted on the tennis courts. You must relock the gate when you leave. Make sure not to damage or remove the lock or chain ANY VIOLATION OF THE TENNIS RULES WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FINE.
