County Council Meeting The Williamson County 4-H County Council will meet on March 7th from 6:30-8:30pm in the County Extension Office Conference Room. Remember the council delegate and the president of each club are the two representatives who come to the meetings and are voting delegates for the club. We will be discussing fundraisers, awards banquet & cleaning incubators! Wear your Green for St. Patty s Party! Community Service Commi ee Will meet for 10 minutes a er council mee ng to discuss county wide community service project and next mee ng projects. Adult Leaders The next Adult Leaders meeting will be March 2nd, 2017 at 6:30 in the Williamson County Conference Room. These meetings are mandatory for all Board Members and Club managers. ALL 4-H project leaders, parents and volunteers are welcome to attend! There will be drinks & snacks!
