ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID NO LATER THAN AT TIME OF MEASURING YOUR HORSE. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SHOW IF FEES ARE UNPAID. Exhibitor Packages will only be available AFTER your horses have been measured. A PHOTOCOPY OF BOTH SIDES OF THE REGISTRATION PAPERS MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FOR EACH HORSE (PLEASE NO FAX PAPERS). Applications for Cards will be available from the Show Steward. Each horse entered must provide proof of vaccinations. (See Rules and Regulations). STALLING: approx. 11 X 10 = $55.00 for WCMHC Members and $65.00 for non-members (Thursday evening to Sunday evening) It is permitted and encouraged to stall two horses together. Three horses per stall is not allowed. Tack Stalls - priced the same as above. If you need to be stalled beside another exhibitor their entries MUST accompany yours in the same envelope. No jump out showing permitted. (showing from a trailer with more than one horse) BEDDING Is available through the show committee to purchase these please complete on your Entry forms. You may bring your own shaving. Due to the shavings issues in 2014 the show committee has opted for NO BULK shaving in our stalling. Keeping the stall fee down and allowing the exhibitor to bring their own or order bagged shaving at $6.50 per bag these are 3 cubic foot bags to be paid with the entry fees. POST ENTRIES: Will be accepted up to 5 CLASSES PRIOR TO the post entered class. Regular class fee will increase to $35.00 per class Youth post entries will increase to $15.00. Horses must already be entered in the show. Post entries will only be accepted by assigned committee members and only on the official form. MOVE IN/OUT: Horses may move into stalls Thursday, June 21, any time after Noon. Stalls will be assigned. Exhibitors are required to stay where assigned, do not move your stalls or other exhibitors. All stalls must be vacated Sunday evening, and it is requested that horses and exhibitors remain until the close of the show. All fees must be paid before your horse will be measured. All exhibitors MUST have copies of their horse s registration papers with them at time of measuring. RULES AND REGULATIONS l. This show is sanctioned by the American Miniature Horse Registry. All exhibitors must abide by the 2018 AMHR Rule Book. ALL HORSES MUST BE REGISTERED WITH AMHR. 2. Copies of BOTH sides of all registration papers must accompany entry forms. Gelding status must be reflected on registration certificates for horses to be shown. Proof of vaccination for equine influenza and equine viral Rhinopneumonitis, in the form of a vet bill or vaccination receipts, must accompany the entry form. If a leased horse is entered in the amateur classes, written verification of the lease from the AMHR office must accompany entry form. Pending for a registration number will not be accepted. INCOMPLETE ENTRIES WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER. 3. No entry fees will be refunded without a veterinarian s certificate verifying unsoundness to show 4. All amateurs must have a current AMHR amateur card and a copy must be submitted with entry form. 5. Youth exhibitors must include AMHR youth number and birth date on entry form and must include a photocopy of the youth card. AMHR Youth show for all of 2017 at the age they were on December 1, 2016 Youth has not attained age 18 as of December 1, 2016. All youth entries must have a parent s or guardian s signature on the entry form. Youth Exhibitors under the age of l3 years are not allowed to show stallions. 6. It is the owner/handler/exhibitor s responsibility to be on time for classes. Announcements to barn areas are a management courtesy - not mandatory. l0. HORSES MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE HITCHING RING/ WASH RACKS. Do not tie horses to the Arena rail Failure to follow this rule may result in the exhibitor being asked to leave the grounds. ll. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the hitching area. l2. Abuse of animals, show personnel or exhibitors will not be tolerated at this show such behavior will be grounds for immediate disqualification. No fees will be refunded. REVIEW DETAILS BELOW 13. All Youth using the Arena during down time MUST wear a helmet when driving. 12. A $25.00 facility fee will be applied to horses staying in the barn with show horses but not registered in the show. The $25.00 fee does not apply to Futurity Horses. Proof of vaccination is REQUIRED for these horses as well. 13. The Show Committee reserved the right to limit the number of tack stalls to 1 per farm/exhibitor. WCMHC Policy on Sick Horses at Shows In order for this policy to take effect, the show manager must receive at least three complaints from three separate exhibitors, each accompanied by a $50 deposit, regarding the health of a horse present at the show. If these complaints are received, representatives of the show committee must inform the owner of the horse in question that these complaints have been received, and a vet of the show committee s choice must be called to examine the horse. The exam will take place without the interference of the owner of the horse. If it is determined that the horse is sick and/or contagious, then the bill for the vet will be paid for by the owner of the horse, and the deposits made by the complainants will be refunded. If it is determined that the horse is not sick or contagious, the deposits made by the complainants will be used to pay the bill for the vet. It will be up to the show committee in consultation with the vet to determine whether the horse will remain at the show, will remain at the show but be isolated from the other horses, or will be asked to leave. If a sick horse is already under veterinary medical care, it may attend the show if it is not contagious and the owner can produce a statement from his or her veterinarian confirming the non contagious state of the horse.

12. MISCONDUCT. Conduct by an exhibitor, trainer, owner or immediate family member of an unsportsmanlike, abusive or detrimental nature will not be tolerated by show management. Including but not limited to threating, abusive, or intimidating conduct physical, written or verbal toward any individual or show official. Any persons guilty of such conduct should be reported to the show manager immediately. Show management will investigate the accusation and act accordingly. Show Management can/will suspend the offender(s) for the duration of the WCMHC Show Weekend receiving no refund of any kind. Accused may appeal the show management decision to the Board of Directors at the WCMHC AGM. If found guilty of such behavior and the show management acted appropriately the accused may be barred from future WCMHC sponsored shows. If the decision is reversed the BOD may decide to refund the CLASS ENTRY FEES.
