ALL AMERICAN ATHLETE COMPETITION Open Competition OPEN; NO AGE GROUPS. NO FINALS. Competition rules as follows: ELIGIBILITY: All athletes must have a 2010-11 AAU Membership. USTA National Team Members must enter the All American Athlete Competition and/or the Super Invitational only. All American Athlete Competition is not restricted to USTA National Team Members. Anyone that is capable of performing event requirements may enter. All American Competition athletes may not enter the AAU National Team Trials or the Stars of Tomorrow National Team Trials; however, may enter the Super Sunshine Invitational. For example, may enter the All American Competition in Tumbling and the Invitational in Trampoline and Double-Mini. st 1st PLACE GIRLS & 1 PLACE BOY IN EACH EVENT WILL RECEIVE AN ALL AMERICAN JACKET. TUMBLING -3 PASSES PASS 1 An eight skill Compulsory Pass which is: Barani, Whip, Whip, Full, Whip, Hand- Spring, Hand Spring, Full. The Compulsory Pass will not receive a difficulty score. PASS 2 (First Optional Pass): An eight skill Pass. PASS 3 (Second Optional Pass): An eight skill Optional Pass. The last skill of the Second Optional Pass must be different than the last skill of the First Optional Pass (failure to perform different skills as defined will result in loss of difficulty for the repeated skill plus a 2.0 pt. deduction for the repeated skill on the second compulsory pass at the advice of the superior judge. Only one of the optional passes may end in a reversal somi (performing a reversal somi at the end of both compulsory passes will result in loss of difficulty plus a 2.0 pt. deduction. Combined pass difficulty of 8.0. TRAMPOLINE - 2 PASSES. All skills must have a minimum of 270 rotation. Performing a skill without 270 rotation will result in termination at that point with loss of the skill. PASS 1 Ten Bounce Compulsory Skill Pass. The Pass with compulsory skills will consist of ten (10) contacts with four (4) compulsory skills - back full twisting somi, back pike, barani pike, and double somi with or without twist. No difficulty will be awarded. PASS 2 Ten bounce Optional Pass with a minimum difficulty of 7.0 pt. without repeats. DOUBLE-MINI - 3 PASSES. Each pass must consist of a minimum of two contacts with the bed and no more than three. Three (3) passes with two (2) Somies in each pass. No repeats in all three (3) passes. Combined pass difficulty of 4.8. ALL AMERICAN ATHLETE FEES: 1 event: $35 2 events: $40 3 - events $45
