It is recommended that CLUBS scrutineer all bikes prior to the event. AWARD CEREMONY: This will be held 30 minutes after the finish of racing track side on each day covering the classes that competed on that day. 2015 BMX New Zealand National Championship Mighty 11 Boys and Mighty 11 Girls Selection Friday 3 April 2015, Christchurch City BMX Club Incorporated Isobel Hooper Raceway, Kyle Park, Waterloo Rd, Hornby, Christchurch Mighty 11 Boys 4 riders - Mighty 11 Girls 4 riders: Teams will be selected to travel to Australia to represent in the Mighty 11 s Cultural Exchange and Australia vs. New Zealand - Mighty 11 s Test. The selection is open to all riders who will be 11 years old (actual age) on 1 June 2015. Format Mighty 11 s: All Riders 4 qualifying motos. Each rider s 3 lowest moto points will be added, then; 8 or less riders Points added to 5 th (final) moto to determine top 4 placings. 9-24 riders Top 8 riders to 1 final, points added to 3 best moto points. 25 + riders Top 16 riders race semi finals, points added to 3 best moto points Top 8 riders to final, points added to previous points. Count back system to determine semi final and final positions. Semi finals placing, last counted moto placing, if necessary. Finish position in Final will determine team selection if points tied. All riders must compete in the 2015 BMX New Zealand National Championships 2. Selected Riders and Guardians will be required to sign and comply with the BMX Test Teams Contract. (Copies available upon request from the BMX Administrator admin@bmxnz.co.nz). Contracts to be signed on the day of selection. 3. Riders must attend arranged team training sessions as arranged by BMX Team Management. 4. Riders must be available to travel to Australia during May & June 2015. During this period riders will be billeted or accommodated only as arranged by BMX Team Management. (Late returns with family are possible by arrangement). 5. All riders must have current passports and entry rights into Australia, copies of which must be handed in at time of selection (please have copies of passport with you at the BMX National Championships selection to hand over with the signed contract. 6. Riders selected will be required to pay to BMX - Australian dollars $200.00 to assist with the costs. 7. All riders must abide by the rules and regulations as set by BMX.
