Thank you for registering to be a part of this year s games. The vision of the Senior Games is to promote healthy lifestyles for adults through education, fitness and sport. The Four Corners Games are open to everyone in the region. The only restriction is participants must be 50 years of age or older. Judges and officials judgements are final at the games. Every participant and volunteer must be treated with respect. Please feel free to post pictures on Facebook or social media with the following hashtags: #fourcornersgames #seniorolympics #joltyourjourney It is your responsibility to ensure you are signed up for an event prior to the day of the event and mark your own calendar for the date. Registration fees will be non-refundable. Code of Conduct Four Corners Games activities are organized to promote healthy lifestyles, fellowship, camaraderie and good sportsmanship. Four Corners Games will not tolerate any abusive language or unsportsmanlike behavior. Any abusive behavior that involves alcohol, smoking, fighting, unsportsmanlike conduct, weapons or verbal abuse or telephone abuse of staff, board members, volunteers, sponsors, or other participants will be addressed immediately by Game Management. Violators may be subject to suspension. Abusive behavior will be documented in writing by the Four Corners Games Headquarters Office within 24 hours of occurrence. The first incident will result in a letter to the athlete(s) involved stating the violation with a copy available to Local Coordinator and the Senior Olympics Event Coordinator. In the event a second incident should occur, a letter will be written suspending the involved athletes(s) from participating in Senior Olympics for one (1) year. Should further violations occur the athletes(s) may be banned from participating in Senior Olympics for life. Ejection of Player: If player is ejected, he/she shall not return to the game ejected from and the team s next game. If ejected a 2nd time, player cannot play in the rest of the tournament. New Mexico State Olympics The State summer games will be in Albuquerque July 18 th 22 nd. Anyone 50+ can sign up for State Summer Games by mailing in a completed paper entry form or you may register online by going to the online registration link (Summer Games Registration opens Feb 1st). The Entry Form, which includes fee s and additional info will be available in the Athlete Registration Booklet. Next year the National Olympics will be held in Albuquerque for the first time.
