Participants will play various activities in the gym for the first half, and then spend the 2nd half of class climbing the rock wall while learning the basic techniques. Children must wear gym shoes. Kids get to climb the rock wall for 45 minutes and learn about all the basics of rock climbing. en they will spend 35 minutes in pool learning the basics of swimming. Participants will spend 45 minutes in the gym and 35 minutes in the pool. Children should come with their swimsuit on underneath their clothes to be ready for swimming.
