The Rules & Regulations of Condobolin PAH & I Association Inc, as in full Show Schedule, apply. 2. All competition at this show is governed by these regulations and by the Agricultural Society Council of NSW Rules for Discipline in Horse Sections which can be viewed at www.agshowsnsw.org.au 3. The Condobolin PAH & I Association Inc has a zero tolerance of performance enhancing drugs. 4. WAIVER: Horse Handling Participant Risk Acknowledgement & Waiver to be completed, signed and submitted at marshalling van on arrival. Additional forms available at van. - PIC Numbers (for the property from which the horse came to the show) must be included for ALL horses in competition with which the competitor is involved. - Condobolin SRA Ground PIC No. NF 142 421 - Only a parent or guardian, not sibling or friend, may sign a waiver for those under 18. - The Waiver form must also be completed by all handlers & persons entering the Ring. - Wristbands (provided when Indemnity and Waiver form presented) MUST be worn 4. ENTRY Horse/rider combination numbers to be collected from main marshalling van. - ENTRY FEES: Rings 1 to 3 - $2. Entry fees to be paid to steward in ring. Please have $2 coin ready as change will not be given. - Rings 4 & 5 (Showjumping) as stated with Event. Entries at inner ring van. 5. PRIZE MONEY & RIBBONS As stated at head of each Ring or adjacent to Event. 6. In the event of two classes clashing, competitor to choose which class to enter and no Ring will be held up for any competitor. 7. Events will be judged in the order shown, commencing at time shown at head of each Ring. 8. The Committee retains the right to alter or cancel any event and to refuse an entry without assigning a reason for so doing. 9. NO HORSES are to be on the Show arena unless being judged. 10. Horses MUST be stalled in stalls provided overnight. 11. Electric fences not permitted. Tape fences not permitted. 12. Portable yards not permitted in camping area. A limited area of the ground is available, but only by application, at cost of $5 per horse. 13. PARKING - Exhibitors and competitors must park or camp in designated areas only. There is to be no parking around perimeter of Show ring or ring road. Day Parking only in Day Camping and/or Parking area (site of old stables, east of Soccer Ground) 14. Horses to be worked in DESIGNATED AREA ONLY. No working of horses on Soccer Ground. 15. Stallions ineligible for Hack events. 16. All colts and stallions over the age of 12 months must adhere to the Stallion Safe Practice Act of 1 July 2018. Also they must have a bit in mouth when outside stable. 17. No official measuring will take place at the show, but if a question arises about height, proof of height may be required. In the absence of proof a decision will be at the absolute discretion of the Ringmaster or Chief Steward. 18. Clipped horses allowed. 19. HELMETS: Riders on Condobolin Showground must wear a helmet whenever riding. This includes pre-show period. Competitors must compete in EA-approved headwear applicable to the event in which they are competing. 20. Any protest must be made in writing to the Show Secretary within an hour after the event or half an hour before the event. A Protest Committee shall deal with all protests and its decision shall be final. The sum of $100 must be lodged with each protest, and this sum may be forfeited if the Committee considers the protest frivolous. 21. REGISTRATION PAPERS for all registered horses must be available on demand. 2

22. Exhibits in breed classes must be registered with the relevant society and exhibitor must be a current financial member, proof of which must be produced if requested. 23. NOVICE - A horse which has not won a first prize at any Agricultural Show. 24. INTERMEDIATE - A horse which has not won a first prize at any Royal Show. 25. LOCAL - restricted to horses, owners and riders in Lachlan Shire or within 50 km Condobolin, whichever is the furthest, or members of Condobolin Pony Club. 26. IMPROPER BEHAVIOUR Outside assistance to competitors by word or any other method will NOT be permitted. If in breach of this ruling, competitors may be dismissed from the event and the ground. Competitor's names to be forwarded to the ASC of NSW. 27. No electronic communication devices are to be used by horse competitors while competing. 28. No exhibitor or associate will initiate conversation with a judge on judging day, before, during or after judging except through the Ringmaster or Chief Steward. 29. Drug testing may be carried out at this Show. Any competitor, exhibitor, owner, found to have breached the ASC Disputes and Disciplinary Regulation will be investigated by the ASC Disciplinary Committee. 30. CAMPING CHARGES $10 per day (includes power). 31. STALLS $20 per horse. NO STRAW allowed. 32. STALL BOOKING All bookings to be made with Stall Booking Steward on form on page 9 and stalls are only reserved if payment is enclosed when booking or EFT received. 33. All dogs on ground are to be securely tied or on a leash at all times. 34. All trophies will be presented at the completion of event. 35. LUNCH BREAK - at Judges' discretion. 36. GRAND PARADE - 3.30 p.m. Saturday. All Champions must participate. 37. GROUND ENTRY. All persons not being members of the association must pay ground entry. Stock-carry vehicle ONLY is admitted at no charge and other vehicles are charged at $5 per vehicle. This ruling is in accordance with that for all Central Western Association of Agricultural Shows. Entrants in Ring Events on Friday may obtain a pass from the Marshalling van for free entry on Saturday.
