Background Ever since 1951, friends of snowsports from all over the world have been coming together for the Congresses of Interski. In 1991 St. Anton am Arlberg hosted our international ti Congress as the cradle of skiing. 20 years on, the Congress returns to St. Anton for what is probably the most important meeting of the world of snowsports. In 2011more than 2,000 Congress participants will travel to Austria to contribute their expertise to the development of snowsports and to prepare the ground for the future of snowsport instruction. It is the mandate of the 19th Interski Congress to tackle the challenges of our fast-lived world.

St. Anton am Arlberg "a venue within easy reach" In St. Anton am Arlberg, all facilities are easily accessible and all parts of the resort are well connected to public transport. Bus fares are included in your lift pass. Buses operate every 30 / 60 minutes (07.30-18.30 h / 18.30-02.00 h) between the individual parts of the village. The demo slope is centrally located and can be reached easily by foot or on skis.
