Structure of the CDD Golden Lakes Community Development District (CDD) CDD is responsible for setting annual maintenance assessments for the maintenance of the common areas and The Club at Eaglebrooke. The Golden Lakes CDD acquired The Club at Eaglebrooke in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing it s operation Common areas include roadways, common area landscaping, street lights and front gate within the development. Annual assessment is a part of your property taxes.
