This event is organised under the auspices of the Hellenic Gymnastics Federation and the Municipality of Delta. Event location and competition dates Letter of Invitation The competition will be held at the Sports Centre in Sindos, Thessaloniki, from 22th to 25 th of March 2018. 2. Delegations Participating delegations must include in their registration forms if they are accompanied by a judge. 3. Awards Individual all-around: Cup Trophy, Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 1 st place. Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd place Diplomas will be given up to the 8th place of each category. Finals in each discipline: Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd place per level. Diplomas will be awarded up to the 8 th place Mini-children: Miss Armonia Cup: Best Smile: Best Choreography: Medals and diplomas will be given to all participant of this category. special award special award special award 5. Start Fee: Delegations pay the start fee: 40 euros per gymnast The Participation fee is due upon arrival on March 22 th at the Sports Centre registration desk. During the tournament a snack (fruit, dessert and water) is provided for each athlete, coaches and judges. Special gifts are given to athletes, coaches and judges. There will also be live stream.
6. Accommodation Hotel capsis **** : 60 euro per night per person. In the price included breakfast, dinner an and a snack will be given at the gym.
