TGCA: Classes 8,27 TGCA TOYS In Hand and Ridden Classes Show Number TGCA/05/18/031 Pure Bred classes are qualifiers for the Best of Breed Finals at the Traditional Gypsy Cob Association's (TGCA) National Breed Championship Show TOYS. Classes are open to all pure bred traditional gypsy cobs. Stallions All stallions (pure or part bred, four years and over) in order to enter any TGCA affiliated class MUST have be TGCA registered, have passed TGCA evaluations and their TGCA stallion disc displayed on their bridle. Stallions and colts over the age of two, MUST be shown in a stallion bridle with a metal bit and chain lead as per the current TGCA rulebook.existing TGCA members must present their qualification card to the judge in the ring for signature. Non-members will receive a qualification card from the judge and have 21 days to join the TGCA and register their horse to validate the qualification. The SHPS Amateur Highland Pony Breed Championship (HPS) Classes 13,20 The championship itself will be held at the Southern Highland Pony Show, Onley Showground, Rugby on Saturday July 14th 2018. And will consist of a Ridden and Inhand Championship as well as the Final Overall Supreme. Qualifiers (both inhand and ridden) will be held throughout the Borders and England, during the end of 2017 and through the start of 2018. The SHPS Amateur Highland Pony Breed Championship The highest placed Highland Pony in Classes 18 and 36 will qualify. All entrants eligible for this qualification must wear a tartan armband. The Championship will take place at Onley Equestrian Centre, Rugby on July 14 th 2018. Rules as follows - All ponies must meet the Breed Standard and be fully registered with the HPS. The pony must not have qualified for HOYS/Olympia in the last 3 years. The pony must have been on a Producers Yard, schooled or ridden by a paid rider competitively in the last 3 years. The exhibitor must not have exhibited a pony produced by a professional producer/rider or have received payment for competing a pony in the last 3 years. Ponies are only eligible to qualify once per section per Championship. In Hand & Ridden The Championship is open to Stallions, Mares or Geldings.
