TOOHEYS NEW GROUP TEN Presidents Message Welcome to Carrington Park Bathurst for the 2008 TOOHEYS NEW GRAND FINAL. I am sure every one will have an enjoyable day of Rugby League and hopefully the weather will be kind. The first game today will be the Under 18s match and as always we should get a good look at the talent that will progress into the higher divisions over the next two years, I wish both teams all the best. The second game today will be the Division One grand final which should prove to be a very entertaining and hard fought affair. Our final match today will be the Premier League grand final, which is sure to be a hard and tough match, living up to expectations of previous years. The Player Of The Year was held last friday night at the Bathurst Leagues Club (Panthers). Premier League Player Of The Year was Trent Hemsworth (Bathurst St Pats). Division One Player Of The Year was Callam McGowan (Mudgee), and the player of the year in Under 18s was Jace Delaney (Hawks) - congratulations to all. I would like to thank TOOHEYS for their support and sponsorship of the Group 10 competition (Brian King, Andy Gordon and John O Neill). Also I would like to thank all of our program and Player Of The Year sponsors, its great to have you on board and thanks very much. To all the teams competing today, good luck and may the best teams win. I am sure we will see three very exciting games today. Cheers Linore Zamparini President, TOOHEYS NEW Group Ten RL National Code of Conduct General Principles Participants in the game of Rugby League include players, parents, spectators, coaches, referees and officials.
