Partner shall be permitted to place permanent composite logos (i.e. Partner s trade names or trademarks and/or logos together with the IOC MARKS and together with an approved sponsorship designation) on Products. 10

xi) Wireless (mobile) Samsung Electronics communication systems, devices, continued enablers and equipment (including, but not limited to, wireless (mobile) communication devices enablers and equipment with Wireless Fidelity or Wi-Fi (eg. 802.11b) functionality and/or automatic location identification functionality (i.e. E911 and its equivalent); and (xii) Personal digital assistants or PDAs; and (xiii) Handheld computing devices that do not have a builtin, full size keyboard (eg. pocket PCs) Products incorporate wireless (or mobile) multi-functional communication equipment, devices and enablers. The term communication shall include transmission and reception of both voice and data in its various formats, whether they are image, text, audio or video, including, but not limited to, Moving Picture Expert Group 4, 5, 6, MP3, 4, 5. For clarification, network as used above shall mean wireless telephone communications lines used to transmit messages (voice or data) from one wireless terminal to another through the public switched telephone exchange network.
