TERMS The customer agrees to pay 50% (deposit) of the total cost of the services within 14 days of the contract date. Note: Invoice dates on billings supersede contract dates and are subject to the terms of the invoice. Deposits are used for materials and preparatory work and are nonrefundable. Failure to pay deposit may result in disposal of specimen. We offer convenient payment plans and online payment options. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Personal checks are welcome, however, there will be a $35 charge on all returned checks and future transactions will be cash only. We will provide an estimated completion date and will make every effort to stay on schedule. Turn around times can average several months due to workload. for 2016-2017 we forecast 6 to 8 months on most items. Turnaround on garment grade alligator products averages 8-10 months. We will also provide written and electronic notification of work order benchmarks so that you are informed and prepared as your mount nears completion. The customer agrees to claim the specimen(s) and make full payment of the balance due within 30 days of notification of completion. All items left unclaimed shall be assessed a 5% charge compounded monthly beginning 31 days after the final invoice date. Items left over 180 days (6 months) become the property of Citizen Sportsman Enterprises d/b/a Expressions of Wildlife Taxidermy Studios and will be sold for charges due. The customer shall be responsible for notifying Expressions of Wildlife Taxidermy Studio of any change of address, email or phone number. Alligators may not enter the premises without tag. per our demand and only when announced on our website or Facebook page. There are many factors that affect the quality of the finished product, primarily the condition of the specimen prior to receiving it. Conditions of the specimen are often times undetectable or unnoticed until the preliminary phase of processing is complete, therefore, Expressions of Wildlife Taxidermy Studio assumes no responsibility for or can offer no guarantee on the quality of the finished product. The limits of liability for loss while in the care of Expressions of Wildlife Taxidermy Studio shall not exceed the cost of providing a replacement for the specimen.
